The flowers that were delivered to me were already drooping and wilted from the time I got them. I called and spoke with Tara the owner and explained what happened. She apologized profusely and said that she would make it right and offered to exchange the flowers and upgrade the bouquet athe no extra charge. The new bouquet was supposed to be delivered the next day. Instead, she called me back and said that she couldnt do it because she would be losing out on too much money! I feel like the owner tries to be fair in her own way, but this time I was severely disappointed in the lack of customer service and that she couldnt keep her word. I feel like this whole situation could of been handled better overall.

I called and placed an order on a Monday. I ordered the medium sized fruit basket with a camouflage ribbon to be delivered on Friday. the lady on the phone said she highlighted the ribbon to make sure it would be right. They delivered one with a rainbow ribbon. I called on Friday to let her know it was wrong and Tara herself said she would deliver something on Saturday for free to make up for it. She delievered nothing. I will never use this florist again.

Ive been using Flowers by Tara since 2013 while I was stationed in Germany. They are excellent. I dont even pick out the flowers to send I let them do it. And the flowers that they pick out are amazing everytime and are always different. My lady loves the flowers that she gets from them. The prices are great too. I wouldnt use anyone else in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!

Just got off the phone with Tara and I am so impressed! I am not local and was ordering a peace lily for a funeral. She told me the different sizes available and the cost of each. I was thinking of ordering the larger of the three sizes but she said the medium size was the prettiest. Saving me $15.00 and it was free delivery. Great customer service!!!
