My first time ordering flowers from this business was last month for Mothers Day. I selected flowers online and I also selected to have them delivered for a fee that I also paid for. I live in Georgia so I have never visited this business but from the reviews it seemed like a good place. Wrong! The day when my flowers were supposed to be delivered, the delivery driver called me so that I could give her directions to the address where they were supposed to be delivered. I told her that I did not live in that state and I was unfamiliar with how to get to the address. I then asked her if she had a GPS to use and she said that she did not. That was my first concern. My second concern was that she had already called my mom to tell her that she couldnt find the address and that she was delivering flowers. So that alone just ruined the whole point of having a special delivery. She totally ruined the moment. And then on top of it all she never found the address and my dad had to meet her somewhere to pick up the delivery himself. How terrible is that?!! A few days later I called to report the experience and the associate who listened to my complaint basically told me that I should not have a concern because they have voluntary delivery drivers who take the time out of their day to help them with the deliveries and not all of them have a GPS system. (Soooo...is it my problem that you dont provide your drivers with the equipment that they need to carry out the functions of their job?) So I then asked to speak with the manager who called me back the next day and she understood my concern and therefore credited my account for $40 (even though my purchase was over $65). So for Fathers Day I decided to use my credit to have my fathers flowers delivered to him for this holiday. When the flowers were delivered, my mom informed me (because my dad was embarrassed to tell me) that the vase that the flowers were in was so small that the flowers would not even stand up on their own. (Again another disaster!) I then called the business and told them of the situation and I spoke with an associate named Emily. Without getting my name or number or any type of information she told me that she vividly remembered the order and that the flowers were standing up perfectly fine when they left the business. She then spoke with her manager, Sarah (who was out of town), and her manager informed her that they would gladly go back and pick up my order and refund the amount if I was not satisfied. So rather than make the situation right by correcting their faulty product, they would rather just lose my business altogether, pick up my order and refund the purchase. (Some great customer service, right?) After Emily told me my options I was still confused as to how a delivery could be made without ensuring that the flowers were standing up. That seems kind of impossible. She then said, You only ordered three roses. What do you expect?!!" (Sooo...it appears that your order has to be a certain size in order for quality to be present...

If you want the best flowers and the best service in Tuscaloosa look no further than the Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe. The roses I ordered for my wife for Valentines Day were delivered right on time and lasted over a week. What more can you expect? Well, believe it or not there is more. The people at Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe greet you with a smile and remember to thank you for your business. Whats more, they support causes in the community like Arts n Autism. This year they gave Arts n Autism all the delivery fees and tips from Valentines Day and that adds up to a lot of money. Thanks Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe!

I have been using Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe for every floral or gift basket need over the past 2 years. So when I was planning my wedding, it was only natural that I would choose Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe as my floral designer for the wedding. I had a Christmas wedding, and was very impressed with all my bouquets, boutonnières, and arrangements including the prices. No one in town could touch the prices for the quality. I have also used them on several occasions for funeral work as well. I have never been let down by the beauty of the arrangements. I suggest Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe to everyone who asks.

Firstly, the folks at Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe were very nice over the phone, BUT...I ordered a bouquet on Thursday and on the following Monday, the flowers were wilted beyond rescue. Ive always changed the water when needed and also I add a little sugar to the water when I first get the flower to help prolong the life. This is the shortest Ive ever had a bouquet last. Im used to a bouquet lasting 5-7 days. Not these. Also, it stays 68 degrees in my house, so the temperature was conducive to a prolonged life. Ill never buy from Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe again.

Weve used Tuscaloosa Flower Shoppe numerous times for both business and personal occasions, and have been nothing but pleased every time. Some orders were placed via telephone or in person, and their staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable - especially in offering suggestions for those of us in need of such help. Other orders were placed with ease on their user-friendly website. Its nice to know that such customer service is still around, especially when coupled with the fact that its from a local business.

I had Sarah Morrison and her staff create a custom bouquet for my first date, with my now wife, and then 3 years later when I decorated for my proposal to her. They came through and were right there with me in two of the best decisions Ive made in my life. Cant thank them enough. They go above and beyond to create exactly what you want, and do it in a timely professional manner without the headaches. Highly recommend them. Thanks for being a beautiful part of some of my best memories.

Wonderful experience ordering flowers to surprise my in-laws with news of their first grand baby. Everyone at the shop was so kind and helpful with everything from flower selection, to delivery. Some flowers were not available in my selection so the shop called to verify I would be happy with the replacement flowers. Truly a great experience and the arrangement was just beautiful.
