Im very disappointed. I ordered flowers for Valentines day (today), and then emailed the shop to specify what I wanted on the message and if they could be delivered at a specific time. They said Valentines day was busy so they couldnt guarantee time but suggested I have them sent yesterday (the 13th) instead since they are less busy. So I said fine and asked if they could be delivered by a specific time in the AM on the 13th. I emailed them this the night before, 2 emails, but at that point they had just stopped replying to my emails. Then I called them. Three times. By the fourth time someone finally answered. I had to explain my story three times while the lady I spoke to was searching for my order (she couldnt find it). BTW, Im calling from Canada so itd be nice to not be put on hold for minutes at a time while they try to figure out whats going on. Anyways, when someone finally picks up the phone, they explain they cant order them at 10:30 because its in an hour. I explained that Ive been calling all morning and had emailed them two responses 14hrs ago. They promised theyll have them delivered by 3pm and yet here we are, 7am on Valentines day and my friend has yet to mention ever receiving any flowers. And he would have thanked me by now had he received them. All this to say that this was a very frustrating, unorganized experience. I would and will never use this company again. In fact, since Im an hour ahead in Canada, Im going to call them (hopefully they pick up the phone on the first attempt) and cancel the order and request a full refend. Waste of time, money and patience.

First let me say that the bouquet that I bought was great and my wife loved them. I should also say that my issue happened on the busiest day of the year for a floral shop, Valentines Day. The only issue I had with Magnolias was the service. They open at 8:00 am and I called them, literally, 23 times and not a single answer. I decided to physically go to the store and place an order. Upon placement I was told it would be four hours (1:00 pm) until it would be ready, understandably due to the volume of orders and it being Valentines Day. When I comeback to pick up my order they had yet to make it. after about a 35-40 minute wait my order is complete. This to me was not understandable. I just expected that you as a company gave the customer a time to pick up their order, it would be done.

They were amazing! I bought the deluxe of an arrangement but they pulled the recipe for the basic by accident. As soon as I had seen that I was missing some flowers I called them. They looked up the arrangement and realized that in fact they had made a mistake. They offered to bring the missing flowers the next day no extra charge I accepted it. When they brought the flowers they had put them in a vase and had even arranged them in it! With a card expressing their apologies. I was blown away with the basic arrangement they did but was completely caught off guard and was amazed at how they went above and beyond to fix their mistake. I would recommend them to anyone! Really five star service!
