We found them to be overpriced and rude; they charged $137 for simple wreath. Is that the going cost? Maybe, but considering that they are next door to the Dickson Funeral Home, we thought it was a bit much. The employee answering the phone began the conversation with what the store *didnt* have in stock, rather than what they had. The store was also rude to the family of the deceased--inexcusable. Find another florist in Dickson if possible.

Ordered on their website on a Tuesday in time for same day delivery. On Thursday, still thinking the flowers had been delivered before the funeral, I get a voicemail from them that Bon Aqua is out of their delivery area. Two days later? Not acceptable. I dont live in Dickson so I doubt I have the opportunity to ever use them again but should the chance arise, Ill pass.

I held out as long as I could, in hopes that the person taking my order would realize how rude he was being. Sadly, that wasnt the case. He seemed very bothered with every little thing. I finally had enough and did not complete my order. Thankful for Carls flowers and making my order possible without complaining.
