I previously rated this place with five stars. I couldnt believe my eyes when my husband surprised me with an arrangement that cost over eighty dollars today that looked disgusting. He ordered them through FTD, as he has before, and they used their right to "substitute" WAY too freely. Im very disappointed that my husband spent alot of money trying to do something nice and they took advantage and sent horrible flowers. I was very surprised as they have done very nice work before. When I called them, thinking they would make it right, they used an excuse that must be common in the business, "The owner isnt here." Im stuck with the flowers that never should have been but will never use them again.

My son sent me flowers the day befor Mothers day, and in 5 days most of them dropping to the floor. I called and they told me that you start to lose daisys in two days. Wow... I never had one daisy!! My son wanted to send me beautiful flowers and he did research and this was the place to go. I never had a problem with them before ever! Maybe it was the staff I talked to I dont know. They were very pretty the first two days!! I wish I could have enjoyed them longer. I cant bring myself to tell my son.

I used this florist to send flowers to a friend on Valentines Day whose husband is currently deployed in Afghanistan. I specifically requested that the flowers be delivered ON Valentines Day. She never received her flowers. I was truly hoping to brighten my friends day as she had to spend Valentines Day without her husband this year. Not only did she not receive her flowers, but I also wasted money on a service that certainly did not hold up to their delivery guarantee. Very disappointed.

Love this floral shop! They are exceptional at what they do. Any arrangement Ive ever received has exceeded my expectations. These artists have an eye for this art and their attention to detail is stunning. They even made a point to send the business I work for flowers at our grand opening! This was such a sweet gesture and we appreciated that other local businesses showed us their support. I would say that they are by far the best florists in town!

Dropped in at the last minute (literally....it was 3:58pm and they close at 4pm) on Valentines Day to get my daughters some flowers. Despite what Im sure was a busy day for them, they were very helpful and patient, I didnt feel rushed at all. They still had some really nice arrangements available. Several more people came in even after I did and they handled them with the same patience and courtesy they did for me. Will definitely go back!!

I live out of town and ordered from this place for a friend who lives in that area. I told them my budget and they went over it by 50% for "extra delivery charges" and they did not even respect my wishes for how much greenery I wanted in the bouquet. When I called and asked for the manager, Scott, he was a total douche and did not even apologize that I was unhappy. $60 for a paltry bouquet stuffed with unwated babys breath is absurd.

I absolutely love working with these folks! I can pickup the phone and call them for any occasion and they have never disappointed me a single time! I usually dont have a clue as to what I want but the staff always assists me in making the right selection for the occasion and keeping it in my budget! They are the only flower shop that I will use anymore. Their level of quality and professionalism is hard to find these days!

Thanks to Scott and his staff for always taking great care of us. You guys always deliver the absolute best flowers I have ever seen. Whether its a centerpiece during the holidays for my mom, mother in law, or a surprise bouquet for my amazing wife. We stopped by today to place an order for my wedding flowers. I had no idea what I wanted, and Miriam I believe was her name, was beyond helpful! She showed me different options and was very patient while taking my order. She brought out different flowers and showed me different handle wraps as well as sprays for flowers in order to match my colors. Would definitely recommend!

Four Seasons is a wonderful florist! Scott helped my husband out from halfway across the world to make our anniversary special. Scott hunted down a sunflower (my favorite that my husband adds to every arrangement he gets me) to add to the bouquet my husband chose and it was beautiful! I highly recommend this florist, they definitely go above and beyond for their customers!

Went in to have flowers done for my fathers service.I had no idea what I needed and still so upset. The lady was very nice and got me all taken care of. Then I went in a couple weeks later to get a co-worker something for the loss of her mom and they where able to get me something delieved the same day to the funeral home with no delivery! I will use them again!

I am stationed 7500 miles away, so I want the floral arrangements that I send my wife to be PERFECT, and I can honestly say that ,with FOUR SEASONS FLORIST, I have NEVER been disappointed!! I cant imagine a better florist. I have used other florists in Clarksville, but none compare to the superior quality and value of FOUR SEASONS FLORISTS!!!

A dozen long stem roses were delivered this morning but 3 of them were snapped and broke and the arrangement was horrible. There was not a rose standing up! I made a call and they repot gen right away. But now I have 18 tall roses I think one of them is s long stem.. the arrangement now is pretty. I wish they had done it right the 1st time.

Four Season is the only flower store we ever use! They always put together beautiful arrangements. I dont know where they find them, but their long stem red roses are the most gorgeous Ive ever seen!
