The Cartier Palo Alto gives the worse service ever. They are very nice when accepting peoples money. However, when it comes to resizing wedding bands or exchanging, they claim that even wearing the ring 5 minutes can get it scratched and will not exchange it or resize it. Very disappointing "service". What is one to do with a wedding bad that is a day old and too big?
