I have never been so disrespected in my whole life until I came to this store. My wife and I (along with my service dog) were getting close to finishing our shopping and this manager pops up. She tries to tell me that I can not have my dog in the store. I pointed down to my service dogs vest/ID badge. She finally took the time to read the big patches and etc. Then she realized how silly she was being then said that she was sorry and walked. We finally make it the checkout line. I heard two loud barks. I looked down to check my service dog. She was staring and so I looked in the direction she was focused on. I see a big black lab barking and trying to get at her in line. So, I walked her out of line to calm her down. Im trying to calm her down and a female security guard comes up to me with an attitude. She was getting all in my face and trying to put her hands on me. She was in my face yelling that I could not have my dog in the store and that I need to get out. No one but my wife was trying to help. I told the security guard that it was a service dog. She didnt care and rushed me out the store. I couldnt help my wife with the groceries. I will not spend another dime at this location. They are very disrespectful to disabled veterans.

Normally dont have an issue, but today I was very disappointed the lack of customer service, I stood at the service desk for approx fifteen minutes while the cashiers close to the desk (they had no customers) did all they could to keep from making eye contact with me so that I could not get their attention to ask a question, but worse two Black men, well dressed with a tie stood at the self checkout end of the store looking at how long I had been standing there waiting and never came to acknowledge or give explaination as to the missing service desk staff(I am sure that both men were management for Kroger.. ) now I can see why the cashiers were full of subterfuge... Because they follow the lead of the management staff.

So tonight I learned from the customer service representative that her shutting down western union 15 minutes early and being completely unwilling to reopen the register wasnt a problem with her customer service and wanting to leave as early as possible but rather a problem with my "white privilege"... Really??!? Wow! Asked for the manager and the rep dragged her feet long enough that the store was "officially closed". Guess what Kroger, since I couldnt send money to my family you just ruined their Christmas!

I just left this Kroger grocery store and tried to use my EBT card. My card is broken and will not swipe also the last four digits are missing. So I tell the lady the last four digits of my card number and she tell me she cant take it because she need my ID. Now what kind of sense does that make? If I had stolen the card how would I know the pin in order to use it? I really somehow felt this was a race issue. I mean is it normal protocol to check ID for an EBT card? Maybe Im just trippin though

My father bought two gift cards and one of them was tampered with and the money was posted to a fake barcode. Not that I expected anything from "customer NO service" but they were very rude and the manager, Erika, didnt come and speak to us until the cops got there to take a report of fraud. The location speaks for itself. She actually asked, "well, why did you wait so long to report this"? Its only been 3 days since I got it. Very unprofessional. Dont shop here, they are very rude.

My sweet neighbor has advanced arthritis. When she had difficulty unloading her cart two employees stood, with arms crossed, and refused to help her telling her she should have had someone come with her for assistance. On top of that her other neighbor went to the store to complain about her treatment and was told that she should bring a helper. What is going on up there? Where is management? My green money will be spent at another store in future.

It may be on the smaller side when compared to their super, supermarkets, but I find more brand name products here without having to pay a premium price. The larger stores have converted to mostly Kroger-generic brands to advertise lower cost, but in my opinion, they sacrifice quality and you get what you pay for. There are brand-name products I demand, even if I have to go to Costco, Publix or a smaller Kroger like this one.

I would never recommend any one to fill a prescription here at the pharmacy. Rude customer service And very unfriend. We delt with Stephine, extremely rude to my mother. Basically her and mom had a 5 min staring contest. And when I was having a conversation with my mom she asked me " excuse me , are you talking to me " ? Really rude.

Over all its a grocery store. It has food and household items like every place though I will say they have great fruit juice options seriously love langers juice and dont know where else to get it...but every time I take a chance and buy discounted shellfish its already gone bad. You get what you paid for I guess.

Id go to the Kroger on Buford Hwy before Id go here. Ive lived in ATL for 30 years and this is by far the worst Kroger in the city. And Ive lived close enough to Disco Kroger, Ghetto Kroger, and Murder Kroger, but the one at North Lake is by far the worst Ive ever been to. Late night manager to blame the most.

I have several Krogers to choose from near me This is my least favorite. Usually not well organized. Compared to the other Krogers, publix , sprouts , etc, this location specifically has the least friendly cashiers

This store is smaller than a lot of Kroger stores, so the selection is sometimes limited, but for my weekly needs it is great, and everyone in the store is friendly and helpful has been my experience.

Store is small and produce is awful looking. Very few choices and most of the vegetables look half rotten. Drivers ignore parking lot rules, so dodging cars to enter the store is challenging.

I like Kroger and I like Tucker, Ga as one of the best areas to shop and eat near me. Unfortunately with the lack of good produce I will not return to this Kroger location any time soon.

I was walking all over the store trying to find one item until an employee finally noticed me and directed me to the right aisle and even offered to take it to a register for me

Its a smaller store than the Publix across the street but the prices are better and the parking lot is so much easier to get in and out. Great staff and great local atmosphere.

Smells like rotten fish even outside the front door. Shelves are a mess, and so cluttered. Produce area looks nice, but entire store looks dirty and not well cared for.

Compared to the other Kroger located in Embry Hills, this location doesnt have as large of a selection. HOWEVER the staff is sooo much nicer and more helpful.
