HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Ordered through 1800 flowers on 4/27 and PAID EXTRA to have fruit basket delivered with balloons on 4/28 to my husband on his birthday.... he is working in the Atlanta area (all ALONE away from his family) for several weeks. I received a voicemail from 1800 Flowers to call about my order. They stated when I called that they could not get my husband to answer his phone so they could not deliver today. 1ST OF ALL----why would you call the recipient? Its supposed to be a surprise!! It is a CORPORATE BUILDING address with its own delivery entrance........ Then I am told that the florist that was putting the basket together closed already for the day so they will have to deliver tomorrow....um....it was 3:55PM. Who closes at 3:55PM? 1800 flowers told me to call SRE Florals directly to find out why it was not delivered. I held for over 12 minutes and when I got a live person on the phone she said she "didnt have to deal with me b/c I wasnt paying her....i was paying 1800 flowers" and proceeded to hang up the phone. Im pretty sure sister that you are getting your cut somewhere and that cut is coming from what I PAY 1800 flowers. I have since cancelled the charge on my card so you will now be getting NOTHING!

My boyfriend tried to surprise me with flowers for my birthday and he was surprised i didnt come home with them as they were supposed to be delivered to me on my job on that Friday 4/15 .. Well they called me Saturday and aaid they would personally deliver them on Sunday around 1130. Never got them.. Called a call around 2 they had the address wrong they said.. I gave them the updates address never got the flowers.. Called again on Monday was placed on hold for over 5 min no one came back to phone.. Hung up and called back was placed immediately on hold.. Called back again and they still had the address wrong gave them the updates address again and they assured me I would get them .. Long story short never got the flowers my boyfriend paid for.. This is bad service .. A surprise that was ruined.. And they would not refund him back told me to call 1-800 flowers but again this was bad service on thier behalf .. Unacceptable

Very similar experience to previous reviewer. My husband ordered me flowers and this shop calls me first to see if someone will be home. Why would you ever call a flower recipient? I was told they would be here from 2-5p. Never showed and I got a call at 6:50p (2 hours late!) saying the delivery driver was stuck in traffic and would I be okay getting a brand new bouquet first thing the next morning. I agreed and guess what...no flowers, no call the next day. This was also an order from 1800flowers. My husband has since canceled the order. Lesson learned, order directly from a local flower shop with good customer service.

I placed my order Friday 05/13 it was suppose to be delivered that day, got a call saying they didnt know the company or dept take it to, when I placed all that info online placing the order. I spoke with a women and she stated the flowers will be delivered Sunday between 12-230. I called today 05/15 and find out the lady forgot update it today and order wont go out until the 17th. I advised them to cancel my order and I want my money back. This is very bad service. They need to make better changes or shut down.

The owners are some of the hardest workers Ive ever known. For those of you complaining about calling the recipient, flower shops do that so a $200 arrangement does not wilt or get stolen sitting on someones porch because they are not home. Cut a little slack, and if its a surprise, make sure thats included on the notes.

Absolutely terrible. Called the recipient of flowers at noon to see if she "would be at work" before they delivered. 4.5 hours later, they called her again to say stay at work late so they can deliver just after 5. No one answers the phones at the shop and the driver wont give a straight answer.

Terrible. Simply terrible. First Mothers Day for my wife, flowers did not arrive as ordered and confirmed in email sent by 1-800-Flowers. Delivering flowers is their business, and they failed miserably. Giving one star because Google makes user provide at least one star, but they deserve a ZERO.
