HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE! I was in a floral shop in florida to order flowers a grieving friend who lost her dad recently. I wanted to send 2 dozen long stem red roses and was willing to pay their insane price of 170 which the florist informed me was necessary for the order to be out same day. I heard the florist confirm everything over the phone and even CALLED BACK after I put my order through to confirm they can send it out that day. After a couple hours the florist informed me that the "Best" of flowers had sent a message over the wire that the order arrived too late for delivery AFTER THEY CONFIRMED TWICE THEY COULD FILL AND DELIVER SAME DAY. I PAID EXTRA! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS! Thanks to Orams Florist they saved the day and took my order over the phone unlike this joke of a florist who didnt have the courtesy to call me or my florist in florida to tell us they couldnt deliver.

The staff was awkward when going in there to get some flowers for my house, I picked out some flowers from the cooler case. They were slightly overpriced but I decided to get them to support a local business. The flowers didnt even last half as long as the cheap flowers you get from the grocery store (even with using the preservation packet). I called to speak to someone about it and they were adamant that 5 days was the normal time for flowers to die and that they only had a 24hour return policy. While Im sure their flowers are great for weddings, not so much so if you want a $24 bouquet to last 5 days.

Lovely gifts including books, Crabtree and Evelyn, and decorator arrangements are featured in amazing seasonal displays. Always a favorite stop for me when running errands or entertaining guests.

A beautiful shop with beautiful flowers, gift items and home décor. Its located in the lovely Chevy Chase area of Lexington and a great place to shop after eating at Josies next door. I recommend anyone who is shopping in Lexington, to take the time and stop by this lovely and unique shop.
