I have a 2011 iMac, the only issue I had was that Safari kept crashing. Well, the technician told me my hard drive needed to be replaced; I said ok.. go ahead. It cost me 390$. I did all this on Saturday afternoon and since theyre closed on Sunday I brought it back in Monday morning. The technician said hed maybe get to it today but more likely tomorrow. Right, they messed up on the fix and charged me money I didnt need to pay and theyre going to send me to the back of the line. Sure. I explained my dissatisfaction and they offered to replace my old hard drive but Id still be liable for labor costs. I told them I had had it with their processes and was just coming in to bring home my computer. (I also said Id likely be writing negative feedback) Well I called Apple care (who didnt charge me BTW for a 2011 machine nice) and we ended up reinstalling mac os X; a very simple process. It fixed the problem. It seems these guys at TT mainly know how to take your money. I will never set foot in this store again.Ever. In the future Apple stores all the time.

I have purchased several products from this store and they are always helpful. They have fixed quite a few of my computer problems in the store and if needed they can send it in. They will answer your questions and even give free advice. If I go the Apple store I usually regret it. They have helped my mother in law limp along with her long out dated Mac and patiently answer her questions over the phone. If you live in the area, this is the place to go for all you Mac needs.

They fixed a broken screen on my iPhone 5. The next month dropped the phone and the whole screen popped out and broke the phone. I brough it back and they said the screen Was defective but made me pay for a new one. They did not charge labor which was nice but to me they should stand behind their product even if their warranty with their shady China supplier expired. As a customer I dont really care about their deals with suppliers, I just want my phone fixed.

My computer was sick all weekend and was hospitalized. They took the time to care to fix my MacBook Pro. Everyone there is friendly and explains things. Instead of them trying to sell you a computer like Best Buy does they look at the problem and find a solution.They saved me alot of money and now my computer is good as new. Thanks so much Team Technology! I will be back.

Fantastic customer service! Very personalized, the staff know their stuff upside down and sideways, and are always willing to take time to make sure customers understand things. Very small business feel. This is bar-none my first and hopefully only stop for Apple products, and will go to the Apple store only in major emergencies. Well done guys!

Not helpful. I called to see if they had a part in stock and was snidely told they dont sell it to "customers". They condescendingly told me to contact Apple so I hung up on them. I was able to find the part elsewhere and fixed the issue myself.

Motherboard needed replacing. Dropped it off on a Friday, and it was installed the next day. I also didnt lose any data, which is sometimes a possibility. Cant ask for better service than that.
