Had my iPhone 6+ repaired here for a broken screen. Noticed it was installed improperly after a few hours of using it, the screen was higher off the frame on the right side. Unfortunately couldnt get back there for a few days and then it cracked. Wouldnt stand behind their faulty repair because of the crack, kept arguing with me and saying that because my screen cracked it was bent and would just keep doing it, after he check it and said "looks pretty straight". Just to be clear. The phone cracked after being in my pocket of my running pants! Had the phone for 1.5 years with no issues until I made the mistake of burning $200 at the Device Pitstop! $200 repair, dont waste your time, just leave the repairs up to the experts at the Apple Store. You can tell a business by how they handle issues. And this business lacks in the service you have come to expect.

What an awesome place! My work computer, I inherited, was starting to run very slow, and had some technical issues I couldnt address. I had to choose a place for repair that could do so after MY business hours. Device Pit stop came highly recommended to me, and I can see why. Everyone I spoke/worked with was friendly and courteous. I brought my computer in early in the evening on Saturday, and they reassured me that the work would be complete by Sunday evening. I received a call Saturday night letting me know all the work was done and things were running much more smoothly! I was thrilled! I love that they were so respectful of MY business! The price was great; completely worth every penny. This is my trusted computer repair place for sure! I would highly recommend!

Avoid if you have Apple products. They are liars. I was going to trade in my Macbook Pro 2013 and they said they needed to run the ASD (Apple Service Diagnostic) test on the Macbook. After that, I asked them if they are Apple Certified and they answered "No". I mentioned that they are unauthorized to have that test and that only Apple certified techs are the only one that can have and operate the ASD test. This company has fraudulent software which should be reported. The manager there didnt say anything after that and his face turned red. He tried to change the subject but I just walked out.

My phone got water damage and the technician was very helpful in explaining things that could have gone wrong. He was very patient and didnt talk down to me at all, but yet he still demonstrated his knowledge and made me feel confident in their abilities. Unfortunately, I came to the conclusion that it wasnt worth it to try to fix my phone, but that just goes to show that he was being honest and not pressuring me to make money. I will definitely come back here if needed and I will consider buying some of their refurbished items. Highly recommend!

I brought my Phone in for camera repair. Everything went okay until my camera broke the next morning. When I called them they said I would have to pay full price to get it fixed again. They accused me of breaking it. Which is not true. I ended up just upgrading my phone because it was simpler and cheaper. I would not recommend going here. They screwed me out of $200. Plus my phone was in worse condition when I picked up. Never going here again.

The last computer store you will ever need. I purchased a used laptop from them and couldn’t be happier! They transferred my data and got me up and running again within a day. A few weeks later I had a software issue (not related to the purchased computer) and they walked me through the fix. Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Plus the store smells great! ;)

I brought my Nexus 7 in because it wouldnt charge. The technician (Chris) was very knowledgeable, honest, and informative. A quick repair was made. I chose this shop based on the positive reviews its received and definitely want to add my recommendation. I will stop here in the future for my cell, tablet, and laptop needs.

"Pit" is about right! I thought I could get an Apple laptop for around $200. More like $399, and that was the Cheapest (2010). Then they were only going to give me $50 cash for my Dell, and if they would install Windows 7, I would get a whopping $10?! I just upgraded to Windows 10, and they want to go backwards??

Amazing! Before visiting Device Pitstop, we took our Samsung Galaxy smartphone to two other places. Neither could fix a broken button which caused a perpetual reboot of the phone. At Device Pitstop, Ryan had it fixed within 10 minutes. He is a wizard!
