My phone (Google Nexus 6) screen broke Monday morning. I reached out to Forever Wireless who owns this location along with several others and asked if they could repair my phone and how much it would cost. Within a few minutes, they got back to me with a price. I asked if I could meet at this location versus other ones as this is the closest one to me. They went out of their way to get the new screen to this location (its not as common a phone like an iphone so it was harder to find a place that can fix it). I set up a time that worked for my schedule (11am Tuesday) and they provided me the name of who would be repairing my phone. Dima was great. He was there ready and waiting to fix my phone. No wait!!! It took only about a half hour and I was on my way. My 18 month old phone looks brand new. They were quick, responsive and followed through on their promises to me. This was really important as I use my phone for business. I would highly recommend this store or any of the Forever Wireless locations. They will get the job done while being quick, cheap, and convenient. Thank you Casey and Dima for your help!

I went there to get an iPhone 5 screen fixed! They so called fixed it ,but a day later my phone wouldnt come on...I took it back they claimed the wire ribbon to the screen was ripped..So after paying 105$ for the screen they wanted another 80$ for that... I told him I wasnt paying it, and they said" theyll do it for 40$, I paid it.. Remind you I ordered a new battery before all of this, and tools to change it.. So a couple of days ago, my phone wouldnt power on once again.. I opened it to change my battery and I noticed parts missing out of it.. I was pissed.. The reason why I decided to rate them, was because my brother came here also to get an iPhone screen fixed and he noticed they took a part out his and his phone never worked again... I forgot the name of the part to his, it was called a something board..No i wouldnt come bk or send anyone there because theyll steal your parts and make you pay for whatever they did to your phone..

Great customer service , Casey gave me plenty options , and the great advice . Didnt want to just takemy money explain to me in detail about the process of repairing my Samsung 6s edge recommended to go threw my insurance ,because of the risk factor of potential screen damage that can happen while fixing my charging port , Im very please and felt great with all the information Casey provided , emails was answer right away even at 10pm still took time to reply to my message , also last but not least the quote to fix my phone was great but Casey recommended to just replace my phone even though the port could be fix but the potential risk of screen cracking out weigh everything 5☆☆☆☆☆

Came in this afternoon to figure out what happening to my phone. The Sales Associate Jonathan was nothing but the most competent person ive dealt with in any of these phone stores they have out here downtown. he made sure my problems were acknowledged. he even helped recover my forgotten gmail password so i can retrieve all my contacts.... this man was something else. Come to Howard street electronics .. this man knows what hes doing. will be back again tomorrow to pick up a case :)

Im really happy they fixed my i phone i was worried for awhile but they got the touch ic fixed helped me get my phone activated and everything also i only payed 10 bucks for a otto box thoses things cost 25 30 dollars some where else i recommend if you have any phone needs go to forever wireless they get the job done and do whatever they can to help you

Really cool people who work here. I had to wait a little bit for the guy who fixes phones to arrive, but once he got started, he fixed my phone very quickly. My phone looked good as new once my cracked screen was fixed. Everyone is friendly and knows what they are doing. I highly recommend them!

Hands down the best cell phone/electronic repair company in Baltimore. They are fast, reliable, knowledgable, and courteous. I would not trust anyone else with my cell phone repair. They also have repair centers in other areas of the city, call them and they can tell you where to go.

These guys know what they are doing. I had to wait a day to get my phone back but they provided me with a loaner phone at no extra charge! My Samsung galaxy S 4g looked brand new after a hard fall. I definitely recommend them, it was cheaper to fix the screen then my deductible was!!
