He is a stand up guy and I would recommend him as a pawn broker to anyone I know. His prices are very fair and he stands by his merchandise. If there is ever a problem during the period of warranty he fixes the problem right away. This is the kind of guy that would give the shirt off his back to someone just to help them out. If you are looking for a place to either pawn your personal items, sell your items or buy something this is the place to look FIRST not last. Hi I'm Arlen. I went to mr pawn for a bass cap for my stereo. They said they will put it in for my well in the process he drilled a screw through my gas tank.I noticed the smell that day when I brought it to the car wash but thought it was the car wash it self! Put me my little girl and my family at danger. And he is not willing to pay the 1600 hundred dollars in damages he should be grateful that that the only thing he has to replace is a tank! I HAD MY DAUGHTER in the car. Tell you the truth I'm grateful that the 1600 hundred dollars is all I got to pay out cuz you can't replace family. Now I'm waiting for the small claims and I'm leaving Roy out to dry. Don't ever go to this place!

Ive been buying from Roy for a few years now, everything from a Guitar to electronics. Even when there has been an issue with the items, hes always been VERY quick to make it right. I have never been more happy with a pawn shop that Ive worked with in the past. Theres a reason I keep coming back. He is also more than fair with what he pays for merchandise. You can shop around if you want, but you wont find anyone better!
