Worst experience ever. I spoke to several different employees none of them seemed to understand how a registry works. I was informed when i first got there after explaining to an employee what a registry is and how it should work that they do not have a way to print the registry. They suggested I stand in the ten person long line to ask to see the registry. I informed them that I could see the registry on my phone and if I cannot print it I did not see a point in standing in line. Finding the products was a nightmare because I could not figure out where the items were it appears many are not sold in the store but it was difficult to navigate this on my phone in walmart. When I went to check out the items I had located from the registry using my phone to see what was on the registry I once again had problems. No one, management included seemed to know what a registry even was. I went through the customer service line who printed me a receipt with two barcodes for the registry. I followed the printed directions on the receipt in the self check out not wanting to explain a wedding registry and the computer could not process the barcode. It was stuck on the first barcode would load for a couple min than said wait for assistance. The two women at self check out had no idea what I was referring to when I said that I needed the items checked of the registry so that no one else bought them. One tried to help but I was reading her the directions from the receipt that I had followed and she could not get it to work either. At this point I just left the items there.

DO NOT EVER GET YOUR OIL CHANGE AT THIS WAL-MART!! I went to get my 2nd Wal-Mart oil change at the Woodbury, MN Wal-Mart because it was closer to my house and because the oil change at the Hastings Wal-Mart was great and fast! As I approached the counter to get my oil changed, I noticed that oil changes were $6 more than the Hastings Wal-Mart. After saying I wanted my oil changed, they said it would be about 15-25 min. There was no one being helped before me so I thought it would be quick. I walked around the store and waited...and waited....and waited. Finally an hour after my car was brought in, I went to the counter only to see the guy that helped me talking to two other employees with this back turned the other way. I stood there and was helped about 10 seconds later by another employee who walked by. They said they would announce my name but they didnt. I thought Woodburys Walmart would be as great as the Hastings Wal-Mart (which took about 10-15 min to do my oil change). I will NOT get my oil changed again at the Woodbuy Wal-Mart!!!

The store was well lit and looked clean at first glance. I was coming in early during the weekday and the place was pretty clean. I blew out the heel on my shoe so I was just there to pick up shoes. The shoe area was in complete disarray and they seem to be moving to unisex shoes. They only had one shoe in a size 12 so I was stuck with that one kind. They dont fit the best but got me through the day. I sprinted up to check out and since it was empty I got right up to the register. The lady then tried to sell me on a Walmart card for a twenty dollar purchase. Full disclosure, I hate Walmart and only went there cause they were the only ones that were open at that time. The product hurt my feet and were junk and was about ten dollars more than they should have been. The service was only okay. Store was short on product.

I dont typically write reviews or complain at all, but I just called their store and clicked electronics. Waited and nobody picked up, so I was transferred to "customer service." Someone picked up and said "thank you for calling Walmart" and I said hi and asked about a computer charger that I was trying to find. She didnt even respond and just transferred me. Then I waited and someone picked up and without saying anything transferred me again. After waiting on hold again finally someone picked up and said please hold and put me on mute . I try. Waited endlessly until I gave up and hung up the phone.

The servicemen working were nice and courteous but I brought my car in because the wheel in which I had a flat tire on was seized to the spindle. I told them this when I dropped it off and then received a phone call from them an hour later saying that I needed to take it somewhere else because the wheel was seized on the spindle! Wal-Mart does not allow the technicians to use a hammer which is common practice for this type of situation. It would have been nice to know this up front especially since I told them the issue I was having. Next time Ill just bring my car somewhere else.

TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! After waiting almost 20 minutes in photos -and there were several other people waiting to be helped back in the electronics area - the manager told me to "just wait!" they were helping a customer! And there was three Walmart staff there at one cash register!!! Eventually they send an associate to help and his name is Ryan - this is the third time Ryan has been sent to help me - maybe they need to make Ryan the Manager! I am going to start going to the Walmart in Cottage Grove as it is much cleaner and employees more professional!

I came here to exchange a microwave that i bought a 2 year protection plan on that was only a month old and broke. I was told they couldnt help me. After calling all kinds of people I wasted an hour trying to get my money back. Then I went and bought several items since I was here. I waited in line for 15 minutes and did not move a single inch forward because only 2 checkouts were open at 5 pm and they would not open more. I ended up leaving a cart full of at least 300 dollars in items at the front and walking out. Terribly managed Wal-Mart store and Im never going back.

I called Walmart it rang over 20 times before anyone answered I asked for a Department I was on hold for over 15 minutes finally gave up. I waited for an hour called again this time it took 27 Rings before someone picked up was put on hold again then I was disconnected. When calling on a late Friday morning this should never happen. I decided to call a different Walmart and the phone was picked up after two rings I was transferred to the department they had what I wanted and I went and picked it up. I will not take my business to the Walmart in Woodbury.

Returns here are always a nightmare!! Never enough people at the counter, there is always a line that spills into the cart racks, and of they have do have enough people working, they are just standing at the register on their phones or putting away previous returns versus helping the people in line. Not a single time have I been here where this is not the case. Same goes for the registers. Always a line that spills into the clothes. Out of 18 registers, Im only counting 6 open on a Friday night. Ridiculous!!
