After wearing glasses and contacts for 30 years this was by far my worst experience - really my only bad experience. I clearly explained what I wanted to both the staff and her. The eye exam was rushed and I never was able to see anything in focus. The temporary contacts I received gave me the ability to see miles and even through buildings but unfortunately I lost the ability to see my computer, tell time on my watch or the laces on my shoes... even while trying to use reading glasses... despite having told her several times that I was there to get a prescription to see between one and fifteen feet (for work) so I would not have to remove my glasses a thousand times a day! Her staff was nice. Dr. Jacksons demeanor was professional at first but by the end of the exam she was less than cordial and hurriedly rushed me out to the public bathroom where I was to put in my contacts. Real classy. I paid in cash and was told to try those for an evening. The next morning I called several places before I called her and was told I needed a new exam if her prescription was that far off. I never received a written prescription and nothing of value except a temporary pair of contacts that I could not use unless I was trying to count the rings of Saturn. I was extremely unhappy with my experience and I called asking for my money back or another exam... she flatly refused saying "the service was already done"... Since then, Ive not hear one good thing about her or her business and as I began telling the story today while getting new glasses they knew who it was before I finished because theyve hear numerous similar complaints. I feel cheated out of $190 and have nothing to show for it. I would not recommend her "service" or business under any circumstance.

I had an eye exam by Dr Jackson and she showed me several blurry slides and none were ever clear and I had to chose which blurry was clearer. I was never shown a clear slide. I got the prescription and my glasses were terribly wrong. She did my 14 year old sons the same way, and he cant see out of his glasses either. She is a quack trying to do not even half-assed work. She is the worst ever. They offered a return visit, but I havent got time to waste on a complete moron. She should give me a refund, and do something else for a living. I had to take my son to another optometrist and get a correct prescription. I cant believe she would try to send my son to school with blurry vision, although he would not wear the faulty glasses, they gave him a headache from the blur. Jackson is out for the money, quack!!!

I think all the girls in the office are very nice and I enjoyed my visit. The doctor was efficient and was able to get me into a pair of contacts that were comfortable. She also addressed an issue in one visit that my previous eye doctor could never figure out so I was mostly excited about that. The frame selection is amazing here even though I wasnt buying glasses I had a great time buying them on and got some good advice from the optician about some prescription sunglasses. The only negative was that at first I was irritated about the downtown street parking but was told by the nice girl at the desk that they offer free parking to their patients in the back of the building so all ended well!

Went there today to get the full works eye exam contact lens exam and the contacts themselves 95 for the exam 75 for the contact exam and 210 for a year supply of the month wear contacts the dr. Jackson was awesome she did seem like she needed a break coming from the senior home because she was helping then out and she did schedule me in at the last minute to benefit me which was awesome obviously the staff was very helpful even gave me 10$ off to do a Facebook thing and i get a rebate because of the brand i got and they are giving me the 50$ rebate to me not like some other companies that would just not tell the customer and the business would get the rebate

Dr. Jackson does a thorough exam and is friendly. I have been going to her practice for about 4 years. While my appointments are usually made for the last time of the day, I do not feel rushed or inconvenienced by her or her staff. They have a great selection of frames from low to high priced. Her staff also works the pricing to be to my advantage between my insurance coverage and any thing they have going on. Myself and my two youngest adult children go to her. We have no complaints. I dont ever look forward to eye doctor, or dentist, appointments, but I do not mind going in to hers.

Best optometrist in town! I have purchased two pairs of glasses for myself and order my contacts on a regular basis from here. They always take notice when my prescription changes and help me with choosing the best frames for my face. My husband, mother-in-law, and best friend have all been satisfied with glasses from here. I even bought some baby sunglasses for my daughter and get compliments all of the time! They stay up-to-date on everything and always have the friendliest staff. Ive been going here for over 3 years and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.

My husband and I both saw Dr. Jackson for eye exams and glasses about a year ago and were very happy with our experience with her and her staff. The real reason Im writing this review is the experiences Ive had regarding my elderly mother, who has had issues with her eyes for years. Dr. Jackson recommended some eye creams and vitamin supplements that have helped and more recently tear duct plugs that have worked wonders. Patient, kind and knowledgeable professionals. Highly recommended!

Extremely pleasant visit! Everyone seemed to go above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of! I am diabetic and have to keep a close watch on my vision among other things. Dr. Jackson took care to address my past eye issues and made coming to the doctor a pleasure! They have a wonderful selection on frames to choose from with the best qualities for lenses available! I couldnt have been more pleased with this experience and encourage others to go here for their optometric needs.

Dr. Jackson was extremely accommodating. She swung by the office between seeing people and the old folks home and JCPenny to give me a thorough eye exam. I am a new patient and this will not be my last visit. The lady that helped me find my frames (Im so sorry I dont remember your name) was very helpful and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. As a matter of fact she tried to get me the best deal possible with my insurance.
