I went into the store on Wednesday to inquire about getting lenses in my frames. The lady, I think her name was Teresa, said let me call the lab and see. Well she called while I was there and was on hold. She then told me that if she didnt get through that she would call first thing in the morning. With the price of the lenses I told her if they would that I would definitely have my glasses done here. I told her I would call back at lunch the following day, Thursday. I called Thursday at lunch and left a message asking if she had found anything out and asked her to call me back. 4:00 rolled around and I still did not here. So I called again. She said she forgot and was going to call the lab right then. She said she would call me back again. Well still havent heard from them. Guess they dont need my business. Its now Saturday and still nothing. Ridiculous. I will pay the extra $100 for my lenses and go where your business is appreciated!!

Had a good experience in store. This experience ended when they Placed a hold with my insurance without asking me first. This has taken me an entire day so far of back and forth phone calls between several companies leading to a "Well you need to call your provider and handle it yourself". Really?
