I hate buying a car because its always such a hassle (especially when youre a woman) but it was that time again so I took to Craigslist where I found tons of cars in my price range but they were all "maybes" because I wasnt super impressed with them; nothing struck me as "thats it, thats the one"...until I found one from Middle Tennessee Auto Brokers posted. As soon as I saw the car, I knew I loved it but wondered if Id be disappointed with either the car or the dealer once I went to look at it (a dealer could have my favorite car in the world but if I dont like them Ill leave). Much to my surprise, I wasnt disappointed with either! The car was as close to in perfect condition, inside and out, as you can get with a used car - it barely looks used at all (all of the cars on the lot were super clean and appeared to be in great condition). Both the interior and exterior were super clean, no dents or dings. Everything worked perfectly (and it was fully loaded with all of the bells and whistles). I decided to buy it and the transaction was smooth, simple, and short (thank goodness because I dont have the patience of a saint!). Avery and Sherry were awesome. I had talked to Avery a few times over the weekend (even though they are closed on Sunday, I believe, he still took and returned my calls and was willing to meet me at the lot anyways) and he was super flexible with when I could come see the car (I am in Nashville and they are in Gallatin). When I came to see it, they were both super friendly and with NO pressure (which is generally the number 1 reason I run away from dealers...even if they have a car I like!); they just let me do my thing, check the car out, test drive it, etc., without trying to give me a million reasons why I should buy it. They gave me my space to look and think for myself instead of being pushy. Living in Nashville and having borrowed my sons car to go look at this car (and needing to get it back asap so he could get to work), I wasnt sure how I was going to get back to the lot to pick the car up (had already paid for it) so Avery was kind enough to arrange an Uber ride for me to come back and pick it up. Minutes after dropping my sons car off, Uber was there and waiting to take me to pick up my shiny new ride. Drove her back to the Ville and couldnt have been happier. I have had the car about a week now and Im a very satisfied customer. When Im in need of another vehicle, I will be giving Avery a call again, it was the smoothest experience Ive had thusfar with purchasing a car and I believe I will get my moneys worth from the vehicle. Nice cars are great but customer service is EVERYTHING to me (and did I mention no pressure?!). I absolutely recommend them, especially if you hate pushy sales people and love clean cars! ...and Sherry has called me a couple of times in the last week to make sure I take it through Marta - cant beat people that stay on top of things even after youve paid them! xoxxo

Amazing! Avery Vaughn at Middle TN Auto Brokers are the light at the end of the tunnel for those looking for a very high quality used car. I highly recommend you come see Avery at Middle TN Auto, Brokers. I know I will definitely continue to bring them my business as well as refer family and friends who are in the market for the highest quality vehicle and customer service Ive ever found. I called Avery on a Sunday (they are not open on Sundays) and he took my call and then took time out of his day and time away from his family to meet me at their office. Due to my work schedule I couldnt get back to their office for 2 days and Avery worked with me every step of the way, even going so far as to hold the car I wanted until I could back out there and then staying past their normal hours for me. I had been looking for a certain type of vehicle for my wife for the past 9 months. I had found several vehicles that fit what I was looking for but I hadnt been able to find the right dealer. Avery is definitely NOT the typical "used car salesman" that usually keeps you from trusting a smaller dealer. His inventory is above average and extremely clean. He also has about every class of vehicle that you might be looking for. His lot and office are extremely clean and comfortable and definitely not what you would expect. Not once during the transaction did I feel like I was making the wrong the decision when dealing with him. I would definitely recommend Avery and his team and will be looking to him for my next vehicle purchase. This vehicle purchase was the easiest one that I have ever had. He will restore your faith in a business that has been corrupted by "note-toter" lots as well as million dollar dealerships. Give him a call!

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Middle Tennessee Auto Brokers LLC. I have bought 3 cars from Avery and each time I have had a very smooth experience from beginning to end. Avery was extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a true professional. He answered all of my questions and made the process of buying a car very easy. He offered beverages and snacks while I waited. His lot and office are extremely clean and welcoming. Even though the cars are used, you would never know it. Each of the 3 cars I have bought from Avery are immaculate and just like they were brand new. My most recent purchase a 2012 Mustang GT is perfect. I love my new car and will be back when I am ready for my next car. I live 2 hrs away from Middle Tennessee Auto Brokers, so I contacted Avery via email. He was very quick to respond and answered all my questions. When I made the decision to make the drive, I was confident the listing was accurate and again Avery had answered any questions I had. I arrived and the vehicle was as described. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I did not feel pressured into anything. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, the process was quick and easy. one tire was a little low on air and Avery was kind enough to resolve that and even check the 3 other tires. I love the small town feel of this car dealership. My entire experience was positive from the moment I set foot on the lot and I was treated better than anywhere else I had been previously. I was impressed by the fact that every single automobile on this lot was immaculate. Avery Vaughn was such a joy to do business with. He is a laid back, no pressure kind of guy. I could tell just in talking with Avery that he is very particular about the automobiles he selects for his inventory. I ended up buying the best car on the lot which was his wife Velvets former Mercedes. I will look to Avery Vaughn again the next time I am in the market for a nice quality used car or truck.
