"Best Dealership Around!!" I love this dealership! This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from Miracle! I knew that I wanted a Jeep. I got online to see what they had in stock. After finding it, I sent the link to myself through a text option they have on their website. I like that option! I called and spoke with Kevin Mears. He was very helpful on the phone. He ask if I wanted to come by? I told him I did, but I wasnt sure what time I would be there. He said no worries, he would see me when I get there. I showed up about an hour or so later. When I arrived he was at lunch. John Booker texted him and he rushed back, not getting to eat his Jimmy Johns sandwich. I only knew that after seeing it laying in his office. Sorry Kevin,I didnt mean to interrupt your lunch. :) My Hubby met me there. 1st thing Kevin did after introducing himself to us, was offer us bottled water, that was nice. He also got us a coke. It was really hot this past Friday! Kevin pulled up two different 2016 Jeep Patriots all blacked out per my request. Not long after that I was test driving it! Then Hubby test drove it. We both loved it! Kevin was never pushy or demanding. He was very helpful with all my questions.Trust me I had plenty lol He also brought Mike Woodruff in on some questions I had. Mike was very knowledgeable, laid back, calming and helpful too! Kevin explained everything to us. Hubby and I like to cut up and have fun! And we did that with Kevin! Kevin is a very pleasant, hard working, humorous guy!! He worked hard for us on this Jeep. I almost always get so nervous when purchasing a vehicle. My nature I guess. Hubby was ready to sign the papers way before me. I went outside to call my Son and send him a pic.I ask him his thoughts on it. Hes had many vehicles and is mechanically inclined. After speaking with my Son, talking to Hubby and Kevin again, I was ready to sign the papers with Kyle. I drove away in my Brand Spanking New 2016 Jeep Patriot that evening, happy as can be!! I will always go to Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in the future, if I ever want to buy another vehicle! And I am already talking to my Sister about her and her Hubby coming to see Kevin! They have been looking and havent found what they want. I told them they have gone to the wrong dealership. Kevin, I am almost positive they will show up soon. Keep up the good work!! Great Experience, as always!

Horrible customer service AFTER THE SALE!! They owed me money for over estimating the payoff on my trade-in. Took over a month of phone calls and threatenimg to file complaints with BBB and other agencies for them to return the money that was rightfully mine. Girl who answers phones was extremely rude and told me they still had not received the title from my trade-in and could not return my money until they did even though it was on the lot for sale. This was 1 MONTH AFTER MY PURCHASE!! Hard to sell a car without a title. When you are in finance, watch the smooth talker they have in there. Hes good at it. Read every line of everything you sign. He snuck a service contract (not a warranty but something along those lines) in on me and never received the booklet concerning the contents of the service contract. It was over $900. What a scam. My stupidity on that, i agree, but i was NEVER ONCE TOLD i was purchasing a service contract. Since i was not informed of that, then obviously i was lied to. He got one over on me and shame on me for allowing it to happen. Does not negate the shadiness of my ordeal with these people. Now I have to deal with these people again and get this scam of a service contract cancelled. If they continue to treat me the way i have, i will file complaints with the BBB, consumer affairs, and any other agency i can. Oh, and heres a good one, this car was for my son. Somehow, soon after the sale a review on here popped up under his name praising the sales person and the dealership. Funny thing is, my son DID NOT write it nor post it. Hmmm, fake review??? I have lived in Sumner County for quite some time now. I will take every opportunity to share my story with every person i come in contact with. Way to go Miracle, you lost a customer who purchased 3 vehicles from you in 2 years time for a few lousy bucks. Great business model.

This is actually my first review of any kind on the web, as I am usually a pretty passive person, but unfortunately a bad experience has prompted me to write this. This past Saturday I called ahead about a truck that I was interested in to ensure that it was still available. My reason for doing so is that I live an hour away and I was going to be bringing my 3 and 6 year old with me because my wife was out of town. I was assured that the vehicle was there, which is technically true. When I arrived, it was explained to me that someone was working a deal on the truck and it was pretty much sold. Knowing that this just didnt all of the sudden happen, a phone call would have been nice to prevent my drive. Sensing my frustration, the manager came and spoke with me. He asked if there was anything else i may be interested in. Although I believe he had good intentions, this added to the frustration. Ill explain. After being there for another 45 minutes to an hour having them look through cars (with two children), they found nothing that fit my price range. I said fine and was already leaving in the parking lot when he came out and asked me to wait longer while he made some phone calls. After another 30 minutes of searching, he found a truck that was out of my price range that I had given him, but he said give him 5 minutes and he will be back with a price. 15 minutes later he approached me with a price (with my trade) that was $5,000 out of my range..his response "oh, you were firm on your price". Yes, as I had mentioned numerous times. Altogether, i was there for 2 extra hours with two children for what was supposed to make a bad situation better. Once again, I believe the managers intentions were good, but i also believe that it could have been handled better.

I just wanted to Thank everyone I dealt with on Saturday while purchasing my truck. My salesman Mike Woodruff was wonderful. He was very personable but professional. I am not a big fan of the "sales" process but Mike never made me feel like it was a me against the dealer negotiations. I originally called and talked with him about a specific truck before I drove all the way to Miracle Dodge. He described the truck to me with very specific accurate detail. When I arrived the truck was parked out front exactly as described with keys ready for a test drive. He took me on a good route with all types of roads and road conditions. I have worked with a lot of dealers and they have a nice relaxed environment. It literally took me less than an hour to make a deal that I and the dealership was happy with. The floor manager Andrew Wilson was also very helpful and friendly. He helped facilitate a change with some parts on the vehicle. Later while we were waiting to sign papers he came over and sat down and talked with us about not much of nothing but just made the dealership feel very friendly and welcoming. Chris Austin in finance was very nice and very quick to get my paperwork printed and completed. Because of some changes to the vehicle they offered to deliver the truck Monday to my house which was well over 100 miles away. Overall I had been at numerous dealerships around the Nashville area and this one was by far the most friendly and welcoming. Several other dealerships (Franklin Tn.) was glad to tell me how many vehicles they sale and move each month but they couldnt move the one for me. Thanks again to all the staff who helped in my purchase and definitely give these guys a chance if your in the market for a car or truck. Thanks, Tom & Kim Vowell
