My husband spoke with a sales lady first thing in the morning about a car. He told her we were interested, financed and would be down later that day after we got off from work. After we left (we live at least an hour away) we got stuck in heavy traffic, my husband called to tell her we were on our way but stuck in traffic and wanted to know if someone could stay behind in case we didnt get there before they closed. We were told no one could stay. That was not a big issue, we understand people have lives but were a little surprised that not a single person could stay behind considering we were on our way, driving from an hour away and were already financed for this particular vehicle. We got to the dealership and the car that we wanted, the one my husband had talked to this lady about on and off all day and she knew we would most likely buy it was one of two cars blocked in on the whole lot and in the very back of the lot. So we had to wait for someone to go and get the key to the car blocking the car we were interested in and the key to the car we wanted. I was pretty surprised that they didnt have it at the front of the lot and ready to go considering they knew we were on our way. Finally got the car out and we took it for a spin. The tires were HORRIBLE even though we were told they were like new and the seat was broken. The gentleman that helped us was very nice and tried for at least fifteen minutes to fix the seat but was not able. So, we walked away. With the exception of the gentleman who tried to repair the seat this whole experience was a disappointing flop. I dont care if they had the car of my dreams and almost giving it away, I will never travel back to this dealership again.

A totally different car buying experience. I am not sure if it was just the time that I was there, but no pushy salesman following me around the lot. We came and looked for a little while, (i already knew which one I wanted from researching their website before I showed up) I went in and asked about a car, they gave me the keys after getting my DL info and said "have fun, see you when you get back." I said I was going to buy it for the price quoted in email, they drew up the paperwork and we were out of there in about 20 minutes. No trying to sell me warranties or other things I didnt want. Quick and easy. Was kind of surreal. During the sale, they cleaned all the stickers and advertising off the car. I will say though the only negative was that they didnt fill up the gas tank and it was almost on empty when we left. I guess I could have asked for it but it should be the norm for the dealer to fill up the tank. They are giving a 25 dollar gas gift card for leaving a review though good or bad. (which did not influence this review by the way).

I called to see if a car was still available that I had found online. They said that it was. I asked a few questions about the car and had them email me the carfax. They answered them and sent the email. I told them I was driving in from Huntsville so I would be there in about 2 hours. When I got there, (after waiting for 30 min for someone to bring it around front) they said the car would not start. They said the hybrid battery was dead and they added coolant but it still wont start. These hybrids are funny, he also said. lol They kept trying to get me to look at other cars on the lot. The car had only 6094 miles on it according to the photo online.... I do not recommend driving to this used car dealer from any distance at all, unless you dont mind waisting your time. Perhaps if I had asked if the car will start they would have said no... Probably my bad! LOL

When I first walked in they were busy with other costumers but Odil made an effort to see what I needed. He pointed me in the direction of the truck I came to see and said he would be with me shortly. He promptly got with me and I took it for a test drive. The financing part went equally as well, they plugged numbers in till we came up with the perfect package for me. No pressure, no hassles........ this is the way car buying should be. These guys worked as team---very professional and friendly also. They answered any questions I had. All the staff was courteous and very easy to talk to....I was in and out of there in no time. It was by far the quickest, easiest and best buying experience I will be sending family and friends their way for sure. A great place to do business with.

We bought a 2014 Lexus LS 460 from MotorCars of Nashville. We live in Chapel Hill, NC and never moved from our house. It was a wonderful car buying experience. They provided a Carfax Report and took it to an auto shop to have it in independently inspected for us. We bought it, and then they reasonably and quickly had the Lexus shipped to us in Chapel Hill. The car is in great shape, just as they said. Victoria Mulea was extremely kind, helpful, personable, efficient, and always patient. When Victoria was not available one day, Alex was great as well. Really, they could not have been nicer. And we think it was a very fair price for the car we got. If you are interested in a car, you should check them out. Our sincere thanks to Victoria and Motorcars of Nashville.

My wife and I purchased a red Lexus IS350C from Motor Cars of Nashville, downtown location. The total price we paid was $29, 268.06. This was paid by check. The car was advertised on CarGurus for $ 27, 650 with a $300.00 gas card to buyer with purchase of this car. We purchased the car on July 24th, 2016. The gas card was promised with the title paperwork in the mail, within 2 weeks of the purchase. The gas card did not come with the title. Since that time, I have inquired 4 times about the gas card, with empty promises that Tim would look into it. Finally, after the 4th inquiry, we received a gas card for $25 on September 11. This is way less that what was advertised and promised by Tim the salesman.

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever encountered. I would NOT recommend ever purchasing a car from this place. They sold us a car that within a one day period the check engine light came on. They would not honor their agreement of the return policy of 7 days or 500 miles. The car required almost 1,100 worth of transmission work and the passenger side door handle fell off in the same week. When we picked up the car after purchasing they had not changed the oil, put gas in the car or cleaned the vehicle as promised. They management team were total scammers and lied about everything on that vehicle and the transaction. NEVER buy a car from the dealership EVER!!!!!
