Ok so first of all... We have been in the market for a vehicle for the past 4 months or so...granted havent been able to come up with much of $down. Fast forward 2 weeks, and here Im standing in smyrna auto lots lot... (Word play there)... I look around and IMMEDIATLY see a vehicle that has my attention. Matthew has already patiently stepped out the office, and as I hear him approach....I say to Mathew...I wanna drive it... How, or what or anything is beyond me...BUT he brought the correct key for the car I still hadnt mentioned.... Ok get in...start her up....expecting roughness around the edges...nope all is beautiful.... First of MANY test drives of many different vehicles... They were patient as I peppered questions left and right. Never growing annoyed or impatient. Skip ahead 2 days...I bring my wife in....we do another crazy set of test drives....again many different vehicles (for her benefit) but she finally realizes the car I had in mind is the best option for us. Put down a retainer.... And picking it up today....Jeremy, Matthew, you two are awesome people...please... I dont know what society has lost, but you two still have picked up their tab. Honesty speaks volumes for me. Oh, and the fact that I could get it inspected....before buying was really nice... So, yeah this was long winded, but.... Please take time if you are interested in visiting a place for a used vehicle for a decent price...come check these guys out... Itll be one of the more memorable expriencees youd have getting a vehicle... Thanks so much if youve read this so far...OH almost forgot..being that its our first major purchase for my wife and I, it was a dream come true to have no pressure...

Truck broke down 3 days after getting it, manager acts like hes doing you a favor to make it right and fix it, wont give another loaner so would like you to be stranded after giving them 2 grand. Also claims the lemon law doesnt apply to them. Great at getting the sale, horrible after. Then harps on gaskets arent covered in the warranty. If its just gaskets and you have it at a mechanic then why is it taking over a day to fix when you claim it has been in before 2 pm being worked on and taking over 8 hours to fix and goes,from will be ready by the time I get off work by 7pm to not till the next day. Sounds like there was more wrong then simple gasket repairs. You didnt get it fixed spent another 600 on leaky calipers which after talking your mechanic and the mechanic who actually fixed it it would not have passed inspection and was a major safety violation, which you tried to say they dont check, and another 1300 still to do, plus you lied to my face when I picked it up and specifically asked if any payment above the weekly payment went to the principle, you said yes, as again I get there to do just that and Im told yet another story. The truck is worth fixing, but you guys are not trustworthy. The so called warranty isnt worth the paper its written on. You claim the warranty covered it, maybe the recorded audio of you saying the warranty doesnt cover it and how you were doing something you werent supposed to by fixing it would jog your memory some on how things really went after I bought the truck.

This is the WORST car lot Ive ever dealt with. I owed about $2000 on my truck when I decided to trade it in to another car lot just to no longer have to deal with Smyrna auto sales due to A LOT of things that went on there. Like their old front desk chick that would deal with the payments tried to get my wife to come and sleep with her and her boyfriend. So of course when i found out and seen all the messages (which I still have amazingly) I raised hell and we didnt get along every since. I guess cause they had to let her go and her dad was their repo man so in turn for letting her go Im sure he didnt want to recover for them any more. Now 3 years later i check my credit report and what do i see?! a "charge off/repossession from them. Can we say lawsuit?! Because that truck was paid off! Not repossessed! This car lot dont deserve any stars.

Talked to salesman. 2 weeks before I went. Explained that I had X amount of dollars. Told them where I live, my weekly pay, etc. Was looking at a 6Grand CAR. Was told 800 would let me drive it off the lot. Test drove it and fell in love with it. When we Sat down to talk about it, I was told I lived too far away. They only wanted to deal with local people. Within a 35 mile radius. I was heartbroken!!! So, Im advising that if you dont have 75% of what they want for the vehicle and you live outside a 35 mile radius then dont waste your time with this car lot...... To the owner. Im sorry to tell you but I Was Not Told the mileage range. I have mentioned my experience to friends and had I had someone with me that day, I couldve sued you for discrimination. And if Im right, you just proved it by stating your mile radius exception.

Smyrna Auto Sales again exceeded our expectations. Th Staff went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met. Sales person Jerry ran the lot to help me drive test numerous vehicles while Jeremy was appraising my trade in to reduce the time spent buying this vehicle. I was able to test drive the car, take it to have a mechanic check it out as well as my wife to see it at her job. Once the deal was made, Jen started the paperwork in a timely fashion and gave us options for payment and warranty. Me and my wife went there to buy her a car. bought the car the interior lights did not work the window stop working the brake lights stop working.took the car to my transmission shop and gave out 11 codes talking about the computer and transmission.took the car back to them they called my shop liars and would not help me at all and if you do not get the bumper to bumper warranty they will not help you with anything only your friends when youre buying after youve bought they dont care

Today I leased my second car through Smyrna Auto Sales My first car ran great for the 7 years I had it. The staff is friendly and willing to help in any way they can. They were even able to add the difference of my initial payment to my first few payments so I could drive off the lot with a great 2003 Chevy Trailblazer that I will have paid off in a little over a year. I cant recommend Smyrna Auto Sales enough to anyone who needs a new car. Even my mom leases through them!!!

My experience with them was great at first then was late on payment and refused payment and wanted car back I told them was victim of identity theft and had to change banks they didnt care they just wanted car back I would not buy anything from them plus two months after bought the car starter went out I think they are a bad carlot to deal with should have stuck with my normal dealer you learn from your mistakeds
