Since when does the customer have to call the bank to get financed? Never had to do that before.. I thought at first we were getting a great deal, til demanding voicemails came in, stating I had 20 minutes to call them or to bring then their car. Also was told that I would lose my $2000.00 down payment. The fact that they text you is very unprofessional, and Kenny talks about customers in front of other customers, also very unprofessional. They know my work hours and I have repetedly told them I cant bw on my phone at work..so why call and text me all day? This is 4 days past buying the car, and had they known what they were doing to begin with, I wouldnt be in this mess. They made me provide a different address then where I live, and now what proof of it. I sorry, but how do I get proof, if I dont even live at that residence. I originally liked this place, however the contract was sloppy (being I work for the government, and do thousands of contracts a week). The staff is un-educated on their profession. I told them I had a baby on the way, and needed a kid friendly car..they proceeded to show me a 2 door nissan altima sport edition. Please tell me how that is appropriate to show a first time mother? My boyfriend and I test drove multiple cars, and eventually found one we liked that would be suitable for our child. I was pleased with the price, as well as our monthly payments, however the harassing calls are un-necessary, and very annoying.

I didnt even buy a car from star auto they called harassing my friend who did, she was in the shower and told me to answer the phone he asked who i was i tild him MY name he then started telling me all this information that should have never been told to me. I told him that he didnt need to tell me this information I have nothing to do with the car. He then blew up and so wait a gd minute and shut the f up when I tried to defend myself. Then hung up on me called me and told that I was nothing but white trash he was coming to get the fing car he was gonna come banging on her work and banging on her door and he will get his fING car. Then he hung up on me again I called back because I couldnt remember his name and he wouldnt tell me it. Said that he was gonna file for harassment because I called back then hung up then not even 10 min later he called back all professional telling me what he was gonna do then said can your little brain comprehend that? He said that I lied to him about who I was and and this whole conversation was being recorded which I was fine with but was not informed of before the conversation. Needless to say dont take your business here they are very rude and very unprofessional

Not a very good experience; when things that were promised werent in the contract we decided to walk. How can you write a "contract" on a piece of computer paper! Once we did the staff was not happy. Kenny made personal attacks to us that had NOTHING to do with the contract.."its them not us...they have trust issues..." even went as far to call the BANK in front of us claiming.."the deal went south...theyre walking away..theyll get the car from someone else." Gut feeling was to not do business with them- glad we walked!!

Had a great experience when I visited this store .Kenny Davis is very determined to make his customers feel welcomed and is very professional at his job...I will be back to get me that car I just have to ponder on it a little...Greatest experience at any dealership Ive ever been in.... I wont deal with anyone other than him when I come back.....he gave no pressure and was very informative to lead me back

I screen shot where they advertised that the car was in great working condition. Weve had the car 1 month and its been in the shop THREE times. We were lied to about two of the problems. I can supply proof of all of this. We were lied to about how long they had the car.... find another company to do business with.

They listed a car online but they did NOT have it on lot. They said we have it in another city and we have to bring it here! then i said no thanks. they said do NOT waste our time! very unfriendly! Do not recommend dealing with them!

Price of the car was almost over 2 times the blue book value but thats what bad credit gets I guess..other than that Frank has been very understanding and always worked with me on my payments even when running quite late.
