Its been now @ 3 months since I purchased the 08 Jeep Sport and I wanted to give you some feedback. I typically not the type of guy to post negative feedback, But when I feel my experience buying this jeep was around a 2 from a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the best. I want to make sure other buyers know what to expect. Below are the reasons why I feel that way: • 2.5 hours to finalize paperwork when you said everything is ready to go and I should be in and out. • Window stickers still on the jeep, Finance guy had to remove them before getting the jeep. (part of the 2.5 hours). • No gas in jeep, Not that I was expecting a full tank but to leave it on empty for a New Customer is just poor Customer Service in my mind. • Low tire pressure light on, Had to put air in tire…Again poor Customer Service • Engine light on - This is the biggest issue Ive ever been involved in, in all my years of buying cars. I had to take it in 3 times to Hall Automotive and twice to the Jeep Dealership. Total of 5 times taking it to different places on my time. Never once did I get a call from you to see if everything was ok or if there was anything Hallsbowling could do. That make NO SENSE to me whatsoever. • Email you on 3/24 regarding clean title - Still havent heard back from you on this one. • Dent in driver side, Promise to schedule an appointment with you dent guy cause according to you he wasnt available prior to me picking up the jeep. - Still to this day no appointment has been scheduled. • You told me that the first payment wasnt going to be until May, Not true first payment was the next month. • No windshield fluid at all. • Rear wiper was metal to window when first used it. In all my years of buying cars, This would have to rate as one of my worst experiences. I never would have thought that when I first met you, I had a good feeling and trust when I shook your hand. Just wanted to give you this feedback and only hope you and your team can use it to improve the next buyers experience. Go somewhere else if you need a used car...

So when you are purchasing your very 1st vehicle, rather it is used or new it should be pleasant? Well my son bought a Jeep Rubicon today and we drove over an hour and a half to pick it up and he thought he just had to go give them a check and pick it up, well that was not the case at all! There was some misunderstanding on both sides but we were told we needed more money? Well after being talked to by one of the owners like we were Idiots we asked for them to remove the 399.00 doc fee and the finance guy said he would ask and the owner would not take that off of the cost which was absolutely him being an ass! If they had done the financing for him there then I could see them charging that but they didnt! I also find it odd that all of the reviews are pleasant ones and no negative ones? Might be a bit monitored! Just beware of what your charges are and what out the door means to both sides and get your total cost before driving an hour and a half, never again and would never recommend them EVER!!!!! Hopefully my son learned a lesson today! Oh yeah and one of the employees apologized to my son about the owner and not waiving the doc fee!!! Also you have to check a star before you can post so I had to but I wouldnt give them one star!

Great place to get your car! I got into the adventure of car shopping one day and visited a few places in the hopes that I could find a honda s2000. I went to Honda of murfreesboro to try and get one they had but once we were talking they bumped up the price $1500 with the excuse "we were hoping someone from out of town would come get it." The car had a red sale tag price of $15k and they wanted me to pay $16,500. I was looking to get the car in payments and they wanted me to put $6,500 down!!!! And have payments of $385 for 5 years. Now thats just insane. So I came to Hall Bowling automotive and the people are great! They immediately did whatever they could so I could go home with a S2000!! I went home with the car 2 days later!!! THE EXACT SAME CAR, same year and almost same mileage for a way better deal! Def check this place out!!

Great experience, awesome staff! I had been on the look out for an all white Jeep... of course with all the bells and whistles, which made it hard to find. I met Carlye at Hall Bowling and although they didnt have what I was looking for he told me they would try to find it in the price range I was looking for as well. Two days later BAM! Jeep above and beyond what I was looking for! They had it ready for me next day. I wanted a hard top to go with it, within three weeks they had it to me installed and detailed as well! I would highly recommend these guys! And even Jason another sales member gave my little boy a carfox stuffed animal while we waited! Thanks Hall Bowling

Hall-Bolwing is not like other dealers here in town. They TRULY care about the customer and strive to exceed their customers expectations. I came in with some credit issues and they turned out to be no match for the TOP NOTCH finance team! My salesman Ben went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the truck and the deal in entirety. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for fair prices and honest salesmen who genuinely care! We will be back for our next vehicle for sure!
