Great Prices but Buyer Beware! My husband and I purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia from this place right at 4 weeks ago now. List Price $9,995 on CarGurus AND the tag on the actual window... BOTH had this price shown. I still have the paper. The sales price we were charged $10,249.... $254 more than listed. This was ON TOP of Taxes, Doc fees, Gap Insurance, etc etc. I have NEVER seen anyone increase the sales price ever. I asked why the increase and was told that they try and pass down the smallest amount possible of the $800 the Loan Company charges them to process.... uh ok. 2 weeks after purchase and the air conditioning system had to be replaced... $1100 cost to us. Yes we did buy an "AS IS" vehicle but the Mechanic said it was 1lb low on Freon. The mechanic said it clearly had a leak and they would have known. Just received our tags but the plate is listed as another county. They sent a check that WE are supposed to take to Our Clerks office to purchase the correct county... Ive never had to do this. The prices may be great but make sure you are checking everything with a fine tooth comb. Goodluck! In Responce to Owner: I was not complaining about you trying to help us. I simply left a review based upon what we had experienced which is our right to do so. 1. We saw the numbers and yes did agree to sign so we could rebuild credit. NO noone told us why it was increased $254 more than asking at signing. 2. I DID Tell one of your employees about the Air! Conversation went just Like this... "Could you tell me if our loan as been completely approved because the air conditioning is not working now and my husband has to take it in to be serviced" "Ill check on that and call you back" Called back a few hours later..."Yes everything is approved so he can take it" 3. Ive never had to get my tags ever... period. Whether a check was provided (which I stated in my first responce) or not. Furthermore I enjoy how you have replied to those people that didnt leave a review to your liking as being Desperate and with No other options. My husband and I DID have other options despite us having what is considered on the low end of Good Credit... 630s. We came to you First. You were not our "Final Hope" though it was made out to seem that way. If we werent trying to improve our credit we would have just bought a vehicle outright. I stated the Facts of our purchase so that other buyers CAN be more aware of their buying experience with you. I never said we were unappreciative. I apologize if that right offends you. We are fortunate enough to have funds set aside for incidences like the air conditioning where some of your other "Desperate" buyers may not. I have 3 children and if I had not been able to fix that issue in this heat it would not have been good. I wish your business the very best and hope most of your buyers continue to have an excellent experience. Now that my Vehicle is in perfect working condition I love it!

Horrible, absolutely horrible. Bought a Nissan truck on Saturday September 10th, truck broke down that night, with less than 40 miles. Couldnt get a hold of anyone till Monday. I asked to return truck, and get money back, they said, no bring it up here, we will look at it. I get the truck running, they put a new battery,and erase all the codes, said that was all that was wrong, battery was bad, and setting off the sensors. Take off to work Tuesday morning, its doing it all again. Heat doesnt work either. Auto worlds response, you bought the warranty, so have them fix it. I have bought countless number of new and used cars, never been this unsatisfied, and Auto World could careless. Thats good stuff John. What about my dash, that yall broke fixing the heater? You said, you would take care of that, I have yet to hear from you. All the stuff wrong with my trade? Chevy and Ford dealership offered the same trade value, and they put on a lift and checked it out, it had no issues, it was a 2000 model with only 94k on it, and you sold it, in a couple weeks time. This truck you sold me is still having all the same issues, plus burning 3 quarts of oil, between oil change, its in the shop now. Verbally abused your whole staff? I never talked to anyone, but you and the kid that sold the truck to me.

First, Auto World is the first and last place I will ever buy a car. My friend and I came in for the first time to look at buying a car. I had no credit and no down payment. John was honest with me. He gave me a list of criteria that I needed to meet. The personality and the vibes of this place is incredible. Six months later, I came back. I spoke with John again and told him that I have met the criteria. He believed in me then and now and got me approved with an outstanding payment that met my budget. I was surprised at how diligent he was in not giving up on me. Needless to say, I got the car of my dreams! He even took my old car off of my hands! If youre thinking about going to see John at Auto World, it will save you plenty of time and money. I highly recommend Auto World of Nashville!

DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM HERE!!! I just bought a car in May, and in the same week i was having car troubles.. I went to see what was wrong with it and i was having misfires in the engine and a mechanic said i also needed a new catalytic converter... I called Auto World and said if they can fix it or give my money back.. All they said was that this was not covered with the warranty and they couldnt help me.. I was extremely mad.. i got a new catalytic converter (Which cost 500$), and was still having misfires in the engine.. i got the engine checked really good this time now they found i have internal damage in the engine and i have to get a new one (which would cost a couple thousand). I would advise everyone not to go near this place to buy a vehicle!

I came to auto world to just casually browse a couple of cars I looked up online. John greeted me in my car before I even found a place to park. He started up a conversation and it felt like I new him for years. The experience I had there was unlike any Ive had before; It was very laid-back. He asked if there was any cars specifically I wanted to look at and I test drove them ALONE. He did not rush me and my decision making process and he respected my aptitude on the cars I was viewing. If I did not want to buy a car before, his customer service during my visit would have made me look him up in the future for any car buying needs. I definitely recommend his services!

John and his sister are fantastics folks. John picked me up from Nashville airport which was super convenient. Let me td my 2012 M56s. After a little issue with the foglight, which John took care off, I drove back to NC. Here 2 months later, I love the car. Always wanted to own one but they were too expensive new. John took really good care of me. I was VERY skeptic flying to buy a car sight unseem. John assured me over the phone that I will not be disappointed and he was CORRECT. I get a lot of complements about the car. Love the V8 power. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Auto World of Nashville. Thanks brother.
