My brother purchased a car from them. First off the price for the car was way to high without even being financed. They ran no credit nor did they check his employment. They refused a car fax report, and never told him it was in an accident. They made his payments 600 a month and they wanted over 20 grand for this lemon. He put down 5,000 then said he still owed taxes and he needed to purchase the tags, which I thought was included in the down payment. The car starting acting u they refused to fix it, and when they did finally agree to fix it they kept it for a month and still made him pay for that month he didnt have it. So we contacted BBB (which honestly is the only reason they agreed to fix it) to file a claim. The supervisor begged him to drop the claim and he refused. So today he called asking for the claim to be dropped again. We still refused so he repoed the car. Might I add he was up to date on his payments. I feel they took advantage of a young kid. They refused to return any of his money. So please never buy from them they are crooks out to steal your money and handing out worthless cars. We are in the process of moving forward with the BBB claim and contacting the news and an attorney.

I went there to have an issue resolved that previously I was assured had been resolved. Although the issue currently seems to have been corrected, it was easier to have the car dropped off for the day. They had all day to work on the problem but felt that it wasnt important enough until 1 hour before I picked up my car and even then I feel it was due to my calling them. Although they were supposed to have contacted me- unfortunately, it was up to me to push for updates. The office personnel is the reason that this review isnt a 2 star, she was at least helpful. The jury is still out whether or not this "fix" will remain permanent.

ive bought several cars and trucks from auto house and would recamend anyone that caint go buy one at a dealer ship to give them a chance they have been great to me and my husband all u have to do is stay in contact with them they are super people jamie and the owner u have a problem with something u buy they will fix it or trade u out of it we will contiue to do business with them

I have purchased several cars from Autohouse over the past 7 years. Any issue I ever had they fixed. They will also work with you if you need an extension for whatever reason. Jaime and the girls are always very sweet and polite. I have and will continue to recommend people to go see them at Autohouse.
