Can I just say that once again I am so disappointed with the Kia dealership, University of Huntsville, AL. Yes, we laugh at the silly commercials that Chris Booker or whoever that is making a fool out of himself and his son? In 2014 we bought a brand-new Sorento. Fully loaded. We didnt have it but 1 week and the transmission went out. They kept it several weeks, mind you they did give us a loaner to use. After 3 weeks, we got notice to come and pick up our car...it was finally fixed. Actually it was not. We took it back it and again, they gave us another loaner. Finally.....2 more weeks later, it was fixed. Funny story. Both times we took the loaner back, handed them the keys they were dumb founded. Had not idea they even gave us a loaner. Well that was in 2014. This past Saturday, June 3rd, 2017 we went there looking for a 2nd car, saw the 2016 Souls they are trying to get rid of from their inventory. We asked a salesman (not mentioning his name as he is in denial even saying this to us) but he said, yes, we have two....a Black and White one for $XX,000 plus with a $1,500 rebate. Really? Okay. We drove all the way from TN to test drive and buy. We decided to make a deal, the salesman went and did the; let me go and see what we can do....went to the big guy behind the desk. Came back with the paper airplane I call it, with figures. Well, it was not at all the correct figures, sticker price we discussed earlier. Gosh, I wish I had my phone recorder on. I know I am a senior citizen but John and I both heard what he said and it was not same that he had written on paper. Of course we went back and forth one or two times, and I finally said, enough is enough. Those figures are not want you told us and NO, we are not falling for the Car Salesman trick. We got up and walked away. The guy behind the desk said, what if I can get you a 2016 for $12,500…used with 31,000 miles. Ok, we will look at it. Well it took them a few min to find it and yes, they claimed they didn’t have time to clean it up. I guess not... It reeked with cigarette smoke. Never ever will they get the smell out!! And the tires were very well worn. We did ask if they will do anything about those worn tires and their answer was no, they wouldn’t do anything to make the tires good. Said they would clean the car but I was previously married to a smoker for 20 years and you will never, never get the smell out of a car. Regardless what you do to try. Again, we walked out. Well guess what? Sunday we found on internet same car, made the trip to dealership this am and now new owners of a 2016 Black Soul, loaded for the price we were prepared to pay to begin with. With this said, if you are thinking about buying a new ride, I recommend Kia of Murfreesboro and talk to this amazing Customer Support Salesperson, Greg Fondren. Tell him I sent you! Carolita and John Lozano. We were in and out of there in no time! I guess University of Huntsville, AL KIA lost out on this one. We will never go back there. Ever!

My wife and I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed shopping at the Kia of Murfreesboro store last Saturday! From the moment we arrived we did not expect to be leaving with a brand new Kia Sedona! With our family growing fast, our little Toyota Prius was just unable to fit the demanding needs, and having owned a Kia before, we wanted a car that would last a long time, and with a warranty. That afternoon we were greeted by Chance H. who did not rush us at all. We liked 2 different vehicles the Sedona and the Sorento. We needed 3rd row seating for trips with family members and Chance helped breakdown the pros and the cons for both vehicles, and even climbed into the vehicles to help demonstrate the seating capacity of the Sorento! Along for this adventure our 2 year old son, who just like all 2 year olds, could not sit still long enough for mom and dad to be able to look at the vehicles Chance was talking to us about. Chance helped us out by letting our son press buttons on remotes, and inside the cars to try and keep our little guy distracted so mom and dad can carefully pick out the Sedona we wanted. When it came time to test drive, we knew our co-pilot wouldnt want to miss out, and Chance even helped hook-up the car seat inside the new van so that our little guy can go with us safely! This also was a great time for Chance to share the great safety features inside the Sedona and even sat in the back and kept handing toys to our son when he threw them down. After our test drive was completed we went into the office to talk about financing options, and numbers all while trying to keep our toddler from getting into trouble. After going back and forth, our son ran out of snacks to eat, and the owner, Martin Herr offered to buy us dinner to help calm him down so we can get our paperwork completed. It was a nice offer however my wife and I did not want to feel pressured, and used that opportunity to go get something to eat and discuss everything in private. After getting a bite to eat and coming back Mr. Herr and Chance worked our upside down trade-in while we were away, and get us in the Sedona within our budget and paying off our trade! This was an amazing experience as we shopped at 3 other dealerships and got the run around, and was lied to from the start just to get us in the door. Chance was honest and upfront about everything, and we had no pressure in purchasing our new Sedona. Everyone from the sales, to Finance, the Owner, and the sales staff were amazing to work with and helping us, and keep our toddler distracted to allow us to have an (almost) stress free buying experience! (As stress free as it can be when shopping with a toddler!) Anyone looking for a Kia in Middle Tennessee needs to visit Kia of Murfreesboro, it doesn’t get any better than this place!

Very disappointed. I spoke with "Ken"who set an appointment and emailed me a link for the credit app which I completed but did not hear back from "Ken" so I assumed there was an issue with my credit app and was not going to go to the appointment until I received a text from "Ken" asking if I were still coming. I mentioned I had not heard anything regarding my credit app so I assumed it did not go through. He then said it was missing some information and to come in to provide the missing information. When I got there I was promptly greeted by a young man and I advised him I was there to see "Ken" he said "Ken" only sets the appointments and he would help me. We then did a credit app.....the same one I had done on line. While I waited for him to go speak to the bankers an man i later was told was the owner came down from the little platform yelling and cursing at one of the salesmen!!! He told him to stop B@#$%ing and to get out there and get some customers because their numbers were down. The guy who was helping me returned and apologized (that is when I learned it was the owner) and tried to explain why he behaved that way then proceeded to tell me he has a guy that can fix my credit and offered to give me his number. He told me I had the income but would need a cosigner as I just got out of bankruptcy less than a year ago. He knew I was only interested in purchasing new but insisted on putting me in a used vehicle. I left feeling like I had just given all my personal information to a group of shady con artist. I was disappointed I was not contacted before I went to the lot after processing my credit on line. I was disappointed of the behavior of the owner. I was disappointed in the sales rep for offering me an illegal way to clear up my credit. and Last of all I was disappointed that there has been no follow up to see if I was able to get a cosigner or come up with a down payment (an option that was never offered) . The professionalism of the car lot was sub-par to say the least.
