I went in today to look at the vehicles. I had stopped by after work one afternoon and found a SUV that I fell in love with. I didnt expect them to still have it, but luckily, it was still there. We talked with Phillip and worked out a payment plan with the sizable down payment I was going to put down. After driving off to test the vehicle, we got a call from someone we know telling us they werent going to give us the money we were owed for the down payment. I was beyond disappointed. We went back to tell Phillip that we wouldnt be able to get the vehicle since we couldnt get the down payment we had planned on. He was extremely patient and worked with me for hours to figure out how we could make it work. He didnt make me feel pressured, he didnt give me an ultimatum- he legitimately worked with me to come up with a plan that would be beneficial for everyone. He made it very clear that he wanted me to be comfortable with the decision and never tried to pressure me to spend money I didnt have at the time. At the end of the day, I drove off the car lot in my new SUV with a payment plan that is very fair, and VERY attainable. Northlake was recommended to me, and I would recommend it to anyone. Phillip was fantastic, and I will most certainly do business with him in the future. Thank you so much Phillip! You helped me more than you know and I appreciate everything you did for us today. 5 stars all the way!

My wife and I went to them a few years ago with bad credit and 2 reposessions (both within 2 years of the time we went). They gave us a chance. We have now purchased 4 (YES FOUR) cars from them. All were reliable. There were a couple of times in the beginning when we were late with payments but the key was KEEPING IN TOUCH WITH THEM. Eventually, we got on track, and our credit got better and the latest car that we bought from them (a 2009 Versa) is financed with an outside lender at a cheaper payment! For those who say their prices are high....what do you expect??? Its a buy here - pay here!! They take a huge risk and get burned sometimes so they have to charge more to make up for that. Its the cost you pay for your history. Anyway, I would recommend them to ANYONE with a credit issue. You go the extra mile and they will do the same for you!! (if you think this is not real, our picture is on the wall in the showroom...LOL

I would suggest holding on to your wallet if you enter this business! The most unethical business I have ever seen! They practice legal theft! In other words, they arent breaking the law! But, they will rob you! Buyer beware! Go somewhere else, anywhere! But, I would suggest avoiding this place at ALL cost!

These people have an easy to talk to salesman. We purchased a vehicle and the process went smoothly and stress free. We had an issue after purchasing the car and when I contacted them, they gladly resolved it. I definitely recommend this place, they try to make their customers happy.

I have purchased 2 cars from Northlake. I found them to be fair and upfront. I had a couple of minor problems with one of the cars soon after purchase and they fixed at their expense even though purchased "as is".
