It was only ok, the finance guy was dull to talk to and almost made me not want to continue with the purchase. I traded in my old car for a 2017 GMC Acadia Denali, awesome car by the way, love driving it. Love the car not so much the service, I will take my business else where for services if I so happened to need it. The bad really came 2 months later when I received a bill for a couple hundred Dollars becuase they underestimated the tag and registration fee. What was funny is Sam Taylor gave me a call and the lady wich was nice, asked to verify my address so they can send me a letter that got returned to them, why did they not just explain it to me then huh. She knew what was in the letter because her name was at the top of the bill as the person who printed it. Almost like getting dumpped through a text just seconds after hanging up the phone. I have bought two cars from two different dealerships and this was the first time I have received a bill after I signed papers the day I took the car home. I would say if you bought a car recently I would watch out for the hidden and underestimated fee bill that will arrive in the mail box. Do yourself a favor, if you see a car you like a Sam Taylor GMC go to another GMC dealership they will have the same one.

Want to give a big shout out to Brock over at New Car sales.. He did an amazing job for me. I contacted him after looking online at a few trucks let him know what I was looking for and what I was planning on trading in... within no time he contacted me to let me know he found what I was looking for. When I went down to talk about things I had no intention of buying that day but after talking with Brock and his overall honesty and no going back and forth over pricing I not only walked out of there with a 2017 Sierra SLT Premium Package Plus but I also decided spur of the moment to purchase a 2017 Arcadia SLT. I could not have asked for a better experience!!!! I have been dealing with Sam Taylor for 5 years now with my now traded 2012 Sierra and 2012 Terrain I have to say their service department is amazing if I could give them 10 stars I would... Mickey, Steve and Bret are amazing over there and always take great care of myself and my mom. I highly recommend purchasing and servicing here!!!!

My wife and I had purchased a Cadillac CTS coupe roughly two years ago. We were very pleased with the service provided via Tyler and his father. Having said that, I recently brought my 2014 Chevy Silverado LTZ in for service. This was not such a positive experience. I had been waiting for the vehicle for roughly four hours before I was told the wrong parts had been ordered. Once this occurred, the dealership was quick to offer a loaner and agreed to fully recondition my vehicle free of charge. At this point, I left the dealership. Per the recorded message left on my wifes phone, the complete recondition includes a wash, wax,shampoo of carpets, and engine compartment clean much to my dismay, the carpets were not shampooed and the engine compartment was not cleaned as promised. This is disheartening. I just wish I could find an honest dealership to service my vehicle.

After being turned away twice for an oil change I decided not to make the drive, 35 mile drive round trip. You cant make an appointment for an oil change, just show up before 4PM but 3:30 is suggested. I called to see how busy they were, they said not busy at all and showed an hour and a half later at 3PM to be told "you arent getting an oil change today". The lady in the service office is not helpful what so ever and very rude, its as if you uninterrupted her dinner when you walk into her office. First time I was there I didnt know where to go and was walking around the service bay, saw her just sitting in there looking at me through the glass. You would think you would be greeted by someone when you drive into the bay. I dont think Im asking for too much here.

It is with great enthusiasm that I highly recommend Tyler at Sam Taylor. I bought my truck from Tyler a year ago and have been very pleased with my purchase and experience. He helped me find the right financing with very low interest as well as offered me exceptional service after my purchase. Tyler is not your traditional salesman. He believes in creating a lasting relationship by making himself available to you to help with scheduling services, details, etc. It is very nice to have one point of contact for all your service needs. He takes customer service to the next level. If you havent met Tyler or worked with him then you are missing out. He is exceptional.

I had the most pleasant and positive experience at Sam Taylor Buick dealership. My sales person, Jim Wolf, is top notch. He is both personable and knowledgeable. He gave me all the information I needed to decide on which model I chose. He was able to get me the model and color of vehicle that I wanted in a matter of days. At delivery, he sat in the vehicle with me and helped me set everything up...from my XM radio stations to my OnStar. At closing, the business manager, David Prinzel, was professional and most efficient. This is by far the best experience I have ever had in getting a new vehicle. And I love my new Buick Envision!!

I had an the best experience working with Tyler and purchasing my new 2017 Arcadia! My trade in was more than fair! The finance department was easy to work with. Tyler made my experience awesome!
