Just wanted to share my recent car buying experience with Lee Nissan. I had been having some issues with my mini van, so the husband and i decided it was time to look into getting something a little more reliable. We decided to go take a look around last Sunday when there would be no sales men to bother us. The car we initially wanted to see was locked up behind the fence at Lee Nissan. A sales man just happened to be there doing homework and came out to greet us. Of course i was thinking oh lord here we go with a sales man trying to make a sale. Not at all what happened. Mr.Michael Obrien had noticed us looking through the fence and came out to offer us to go inside and see, he didnt try to tell us anything about any of the cars, instead he was asking us questions to find out how he could help. The car i was interested in was in detail with Moe, He let us come in and check out the car and we decided to take it for a spin. We didnt make any decision that day, we still wanted to look at other places and possibly come back the following Saturday. Well... That didnt work, I couldnt get that beautiful 2015 Nissan Pathfinder out of my head. To my luck my husband cant work on rainy days and Wednesday it poured. I talked him into going to look around. We went to see all the other comparable suvs we went to mazda, toyota and honda, the toyota sales person (Steven) was the rudest most pushy sales person ever. He treated us like we were idiots and had the nerve to tell me i would have to get an $18,000.00 car to fit my pricing needs. I would never buy from that car lot even if they had exactly what i wanted at the perfect price. Anyways , we decided it was time to head back to Lee Nissan and drive a Rogue and the Pathfinder again. Michael was there ready to go. It was our turn to ask questions and find the perfect car at a price that would fit our needs. Michael had all the answers and when my heart was set on the perfect pathfinder, he started helping us work out the numbers. This to me is always the most frustrating part of buying a car, even when i got aggravated at the numbers and was ready to go, Mr Obrien stayed calm and cool and brought his manager (Mr.Courtney Brower) in to help explain things to me and work the numbers a little better to fit our monthly budget. These guys went above and beyond to make things work for us. Thank you Mr. Michael Obrien for spending most of your day in the pouring rain, keeping me happy when i was tired and giving up and thank you Mr.Courtney Brower for being there to step in when the going got tough. I wouldnt trade this day for anything and i am in love with my new Nissan Pathfinder.... Thanks Dusty L. Hill

I am so disappointed with my experience at Lee Nissan. I came to them looking for a specific set of features in a used vehicle, with a budget, after totaling my brand new car. The salesman showed me a few cars that had the features I wanted and had me fill out an application. They called me back two days later and (after pulling my credit report) they congratulated me for being approved. The salesman rushed through the details of my approval as quick as he could and asked me when I could come in and sign. It took me a second to catch it because he was rushing... he got my financing approved on a vehicle I DID NOT CHOOSE. I asked him about it, and he said the ones I picked we not available to me under the "current financing". So I asked if the vehicle had any of the features I had requested. It did not. Was the vehicle under there "Million Mile Warranty" it was not. Ok ok, let me have the stock number and I will at least look at the pictures online. When I got online I noticed that the listed price for the vehicle was 4 thousand dollars less than what they were trying to sell it to me for! At that point I called to speak with a floor manager who said he would take care if the situation. I then received a phone call from the salesman who bluntly said "so you didnt like the car?" Then I got a call from the sales manager. I re explained the features I was looking for and that I wanted a warranty and if he had a vehicle for me to call me back. I got a phone call back from him saying that he wouldnt be able to get me any answers untill tomorrow. The next day he called me back with "the good news!" I had been financed again (without knowing what vehicle...AGAIN) on a vehicle that met my feature requirements AT THE ACTUAL LISTING PRICE THEY FEATURE ONLINE! But I needed to put down 2 thousand MORE than I had already, and that my payments would be the same as my brand spanking new car that I had just totaled, even tho I was purchasing a used vehicle at half the price. I told them I would think about it and come and look at the vehicle. They said the vehicle was not on the lot yet and it would be a day or so before I could view it. Since then I have not received any communication from the salesman, the sales manager or the floor manager that said he would take care of me. I would not suggest anyone but the best approved buyers looking for the new car experience to shop here, the used department is a joke and a wast of a hard inquiry on your credit. If you think they can help you they cant, unless you want an approval on a car you didnt pick, that you can NOT test drive, for MORE than you can ever afford. Amy Smith

My wife and I are both analytical types who collect data before making any decision. So we researched and drove 9 cars before buying our 2016 Nissan Murano. What was strikingly different was our sales person at the dealer. Keith Travis treated us like friends and family. He wanted to understand our situation and what we needed from a car to be sure those needs were met. Keith Travis did a great job in giving us a detailed description of the new safety features of the Murano. At the other dealers, the sales people just didnt know the cars features or jumped into the test drive without the proper overview. There was too much pressure to buy before we were ready. Keith went at our pace and ability to understand the features. The Murano was by far the most comfortable car to drive in its class. The back seat was very roomy and overall the car was well presented. Lee Nissan had an extensive inventory of cars with different options so we test drove the Platinum and the SL. Again, Keith carefully explained each difference between the two cars. I liked the way it brought together functionality and comfort with style. The Bose sound system was great! The first price given was realistic given our research and each item on the pricing was well explained. No pressure to buy, just clear explanation of the price and the vehicle. We appreciated the friendly sales mentality of Keith. The once area for improvement is the time for getting the paperwork ready. It took us several hours for them to get the paperwork ready for us to buy the car. This was way too long for us to wait at the dealer and I rated the customer service experience lower because of this point but found the overall dealer experience still to be excellent. Once we got into the business office, Joel Rainer did a good job in reviewing the paperwork and presenting the "extras". Again, it was a no pressure environment which was good. Overall, I would recommend Keith Travis and Lee Nissan to my friends and family!
