Worst experience ever!!!! When someone goes on a car lot it is best to be up front with them. I was told I was approved for anything on the lot at the Colerain location and went to go check out the Fairfield location with the best inventory. Found a Cadillac that I loved informed them that I already had a vehicle in my name and was told they would work with me on it. I asked could I bring a notarized letter in stating my sister was taking over the vehicle and the payments but I would be unable to get it out of my name. Brandon said yeah well take care of you and told me to come back with the letter. Came back that Saturday because I was told I wouldnt need a down payment per the Colerain location, Brandon then states I needed a down payment and checked in on my notarized letter which I had brought in. He said this doesnt state that the car is out of your name, I said I know you told me this would be OK, he then tells me get my down payment together and we could figure it out, in the meantime hes pushing a Chevy Cruze on me trying to deter me from getting the Cadillac. Im like I really want the Cadillac. He tells me the down payment would be more I say OK how much more. He doesnt give me a price but states its definitely more than the Cruze, I say OK ( he is once again pushing me into the Cruze). Moral of the story throughout the constant phone calls and confirming that they were able to work with me. They werent. I even talked to the manager Bill who kept stating he would follow up with me but he never did, had to keep calling in which he wouldnt get on the phone and had another worker tell me "Theres nothing we can do for you". Soooooooo disappointing, I see all these testimonies of how they got people in their dream vehicle and decided to give them a try but they werent able to get me into mine. This led me right down the street to Drivetime, who were able to get me into a 2011 Cadillac. Sad to say I will never go to Right Way if my life depended on it.

FORMER EMPLOYEE BEWARE!!! I left a good company I was with for 3 years to come work for Bill Crishon at the new beechmont store in hopes for a better opportunity Construction was delayed I was in 2nd place in sales in my second month for a store I was suppose to be training at, I worked with John Yeager this man did nothing but talk condescendingly to me as if I was stupid, would get mad at the fact customers would ask for the PRICE OR PAYMENTS. From someone who has teached credit repair for 3 years I witnessed customers being coached and things told to me to tell the customer in order to get them approved with the finance company. 1) turn your car in as a repossession and tell the finance company your keeping the car 2) When the finance company calls tell them that you all have been living together for the past 2 years 3) If the finance company calls tell them your keeping that car "when really they are turning it in as a repo" 4) Tell the customer to work a ton of hours because the future paycheck they need to turn into the finance company needs to looks better... This is shady

My experience at Rightway was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I honestly can not find the words to express how more than satisfied I was with the service I received here. Brandon was absolutely amazing in every aspect! This was not my first time purchasing a vehicle here and certainly will not be my last. My husband & I had been shopping for a car for a couple weeks only to keep hearing no & various other negative responses. We were feeling quite discouraged. I had reached out to RightWay online but never followed through out of fear of another rejection. But we went out there & I couldnt be happier that we did. Brandon & his team worked hard for me & my family. They got us into a car & to make things even better, it was a car I never thought wed EVER be able to get. They worked with the banks & we drove off in the exact car we wanted.....our dream car at that! Its still surreal to us. My name is Quentin and I just financed my first car ever at Rightway Auto Sales with Jim "The Magic Man" Maple and "The Magic Man" is the perfect name for this guy. I have horrible credit and yet Jim was able to get my driving off the lot in a car today with only $500 dollars down. He got me driving in a 2010 Mazda at that. He also helped me get my new insurance policy and everything straightened out. He has made this whole experience very pleasant and smooth. He doesnt just want to put you in any old car, he actually cares and makes sure that you have a nice dependable car that you can afford. Hes very patient, polite, and resourceful. I purchased my first vehicle from Jim Maple in November of 2014 and wasnt sure I would get approved as I had some credit issues. Jim made the process stress free and I was able to leave in a 2010 Ford Escape. I went back this weekend and was surprised to find out that my consistent car payments made my credit score go up 100 points!!! I was also able to walk out the door with a 2015 Kia Sorenta with 0 down a 10% interest rate! The program that they have truly works and lets you prove your credit worthiness! I would recommend anyone that doesnt want the run around and to work with a business that has integrity and cares about the customer to come see Jim Maple at Rightway in Fairfield!!!!

I had terrible credit and still working on rebuilding it and Rightway worked with me 13 months ago to get into a car with decent payment (2007 Ford Fusion). Not the car of my dreams at the time but a lot nicer and reliable then I would have gotten elsewhere. I was able to go back to Rightway last week and trade that 2007 Ford in for a 2014 Buick Enclave. The car of my dreams! Rightway in Fairfield is the place to go! Jim has been awesome to work with both times I have been there purchasing cars and answered all the questions I asked. I love my car from Rightway and I will purchase all future vehicles here!

Rightway Auto is awesome! The staff is absolutely wonderful!! My husband and I just relocated from South Carolina and we desperately needed a 2nd vehicle. After a bad experience at another dealer I wasnt sure anyone could help us. But after reading their reviews we decided to stop and see them. Casey, Ty and Craig were all so helpful and stayed late to get us in a vehicle that night! We love our new car and they made the process so easy!
