Never purchase or even step foot onto this dealership unless you have a professional auto mechanic with you. I currently purchased a vehicle and within one day of owning it it started to leak oil. Within two days the mirror gussets had to be repaired, the driver door seal had to be repaired, the battery went completely dead and had to be replaced, the air filter was never replaced ever in this car and it should have been changed out a minimum of 5 times so I gave it an oil change and replaced the oil and air filter. Within the first three days I had to replace all four tires and have the car get an alignment. Next , on day 8 the rear view mirror that had anti glare and compass went bad. So now that needs replaced. After getting a call from my mechanic at M&M Automotive in Piqua I just found out that the head gaskets are bad in this car which is causing the oil AND coolant leaks. With labor charges and parts Im now looking at close to $1,400 in repairs to fix these leaks. You can imagine my costs already in repairs before this. Worley Auto is blaming the leaks on me using Synthetic Oil in this car which is ignorant on their part. This car was leaking oil on day one of me buying it and I didnt change the oil in this car until day three so its NOT the oil I put in it. The car was already leaking before I changed the oil out in it ! You can easily see the oil myths on Pennzoil, Mobile One, Quaker State, and Valvoline web sites and I printed these pages out to show them its not the Synthetic Oil causing these issues but the Owner Harold Worley and Salesman Dave Phillips did NOT want to hear, see, or believe the facts. This dealership told me they dont change the vehicles oil, change filters, or even have them inspected before selling because they want their potential customers seeing how these cars were driven or maintained in the past. You would think a dealership would believe in customer care and service and try their best to make sure their customers would have a great buying experience but once this dealership gets your money you are totally screwed. Also, Worley Auto claims to have a Mechanic / Service Technician of some sorts but this Man they have has never even seen or recognized a Fram Oil Filter before because I was told this Mechanic didnt recognize the Filter ?! Fram has been around forever and is everywhere. And their Mechanic told Worley Auto that my car I purchased was only leaking from the oil filter cause it was installed too tight but yet there was oil leaks on top of the motor and I showed Harold Worley that myself with a flashlight but he just shrugged his shoulders and verbally wanted to argue with me for 20 minutes while we both seen the oil leak spots on their dealership pavement from this car. Harolds view and opinion is to just say the hell with it and just put some regular thick Castrol oil in it cause thats what he puts in his Corvette etc. etc. Harold, the Worley Auto Owner even told me I was basically an idiot for wanting to take this oil leaking car to my mechanic to have it inspected and repaired and that its my money if I want to waste it. Guess he would just keep topping off the oil as it leaks all over his drive way and garage and just continue to smell the oil burning off the exhaust as it enters through your a/c - heat vents in your car and also just allow it to fill your garage with smoke after you turn the car off. I guess Harold Worley doesnt believe that a small oil leak will eventually turn into a large leak and cause major car trouble and expense. I guess I learned the hard way NOT to ever buy from this pathetic dealership ever again and I hope that potential customers will stay far away from this place. Just keep driving by and find a vehicle from somewhere else. Im just glad that I have M & M Auto to help me fix these issues. The worst part of this all is that this dealership was told in advance that I have Stage 4 Terminal Cancer and that I needed a newer more reliable car to get me to my Chemo & Doctor appointments and this is how they treated me. Truly Sad.

Went to look at and test drive a Ford F150 on their lot. The man we contacted said he ran the lot and was initially very friendly and helpful. He told us they had just gotten the truck in yesterday. We test drove the truck and wanted to discuss negotiations. When I asked if there was room to negotiate he started to belittle me and say that he could sell it to us for retail which was 2-3 thousand more and that we knew it was worth every penny that they were asking. Talk about a Jekyl and Hyde turn around, we left with a sour taste for sure. This lot appears to have nice cars, but a little customer service and respect would go a long way. We will buy somewhere else.

I Usually dont do reviews but I am a first time car buyer and if you are too do not go to this place. I didnt get the name of the person I spoke with but all he did was make fun of me for asking questions about car buying. So in the end there was overpriced cars and terrible customer service I dont know how this place is still open. But if you want to feel belittled this is the place for you.

Our family was searching for a Jeep for our daughters birthday. The salesmen at Worley Auto Sales went out of their way to find the exact vehicle in our price range and mileage. We could not be happier with the car we purchased and the experience we had at the dealership.
