This is the worst car dealership in the Cincinnati area. The repeatedly sell bad cars, never call back their customers, and ignore client claims about the vehicles that they sell. I bough a vehicle from here and a month later it broke down on me. I tried calling them back repeatedly and never got an answer from anyone. I left multiple voicemails and never got a single call back. When I finally spoke to a manager he told me that they had "tried to call me back" but their phones could not dial out to my number. I know this was a lie because I left two numbers listed with them, one of which was a Cincinnati area code number, as well as an email. The car I bough has had the same issue pop up again and again and they refused to even address it. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE! You will get ripped off, end up spending a lot of extra money to fix your car and they will do nothing to help you or improve their service. EDIT: After many attempts to contact the dealership I finally was able to speak with Tim in their Auto Service Shop. Tim has been very helpful and provided great service. He has been able to fix most of the issues with the vehicle and even did work that I had not known I needed. The owner of the dealership also approached me and apologized for the issues I had experienced. He explained what the problem had been and the steps they had taken to fix them. I am very appreciative of all the hard work Tim has done to help me and for the effort the owners have put into improving their customer service issues.

My roommate bought a 2007 Infinity M35X in November. The air was not working, was promised several times the air would be fixed. She was lied to when she was told the air compressor was replaced, no paperwork was given to her. Tyler is a smooth talker but the service department deceived her in ways that is beyond unethical. She was told that the part went bad because she took so long to get back to them when in actuality, they never called her back. Several weeks ago, they kept the car for almost 5 hours, the air worked for two weeks then itnquit working. I recommend that she let PepBoys in Colerain look at it. As it turns out, a condenser and a dryer needs to be replaced. You get what you pay for, no maintenance are done to the vehicles, the suspension needs to be fixed as well in the next few weeks. This is a dealership that the buyer does need to BEWARE!!!!! Tyler better never call me or my roommate because had my lung collapsed due to the air not working, I wouldnt be writing this, I would let my attorney handle the situation. Please consider other dealerships, the mistake I made was not doing research on this company. Cars look good from the outside but after reading other customer reviews, thats all the cars are good for is looks.

I went to buy a car was promised a 0 down payment......was told to lie to the bank when the called me to verify the amount I put down and tell them that i put a certain amount down.....I lifted there lot around 5:30pm at exactly 5:54pm I was calling the Midwest auto center to notify them that the 2013 ford focus they had just sold me was smoking from under the hood and had cut off on me while I was on the highway with my two young kids, I called 3 times before I could finally get in touch with the sales man, when he finally got on the phone his exact words to me were (Dave) " you then broke the car already" and I told him "U KNEW IT WAS BROKE BEFORE U SOLD IT TO ME" I was promised a different car and to come up there the next day......when I returned the next day to try n get them to write me a letter stating I was no longer in possession of the car the manager (doug ) was very rude to me and still did not type the letter up correctly Im over this place n will never recommend it to no one there frauds and know there sailing messed up cars

I bought a car from them 3 years ago when the car was only a year old. It only had 18,000 miles which I thought was a steal. No other used car lot I went to had anything close to this. I wasnt sure I would be able to get the car because at that time I worked a place where I didnt make a whole lot of money but they worked with me and made the process so easy and simple. It took a few months to get the down payment together but they had no trouble holding the car for me. 3 years later and I still have the car and it has about 48,000miles now. I drove down south and no issues. The car still looks and runs perfectly. I have not had to use their service center because the car still had Chevy factory warranty so I take it to a local Chevy dealer for service. The car had a limited warranty with them thought. Whenever Im in the market for a car next, Ill be returning to them.

Bought a truck from them 3-4 mo the ago was promised it would be detailed a tire would be changed and a window fixed since then the window has been replaced and that is it. the truck has been to my shop of choice because of some major issues I call them to take advantage of the 50/50 offer they "have" was told they have no mechanic but theyd call me back and maybe work something out no calls back has been 4 days having to pay out of pocket for repairs that they said theyd cover half of us a hard penny to bite just failed promise time and time again from this lot only positive I can give is their financing which isnt even them its just someone their in good with. Cant believe I fell for the ol salesman pitch and believed it. steer clear from this lot and keep driving!

Bought a 2011 Ford Escape on 8/27/2014 had it 3 days and the check engine light came on..I took it back to them..They reset the system and said to see if that helps it..It started doing the same thing worse. Check engine light was on and it started stalling out..I took it in a second time on Saturday9/27/2014 and was told their mechanic doesnt work on Saturdays to bring it back today Monday 9/29/2014..I took it in and was told the mechanic had some emergency and had to leave...I was told they only have one mechanic, when I am stuck in a death trap..I will never buy another car from them and will be contacting the Ohio attorney generals office to see what can be done..I feel like they sold me a lemon.

The car buying experience was very OK. However their service department is the biggest bunch of ass hats Ive ever encountered. It would not shock me if I found out they werent ASE certified. Ive taken my car back for service 3 times and every time it had to go back because they didnt do something right. One time resulted in my wife being stranded in a work parking lot until I got off work to go get her because they lost a clamp to the fuel line to the fuel pump and just didnt think itd be a big deal (Im not joking). 4 hours and a half tank of gas later... it was finally resolved. I wouldnt even recommend someone I truly despise to this place.
