These ratings are only because of my experience with these people in the beginning was great. We sealed the deal on a 2007 Mercedes Benz that I found out later was the owners personal vehicle that was sold. We were a few days late paying the insurance on the car and they repossessed the car without notice to us and allowing us to pay the insurance before the repossession. I know the law in Georgia and what their contract says and they have not honored their contract with us. this recently happened just a few days ago and theyre refusing to return the car too me even after I went and paid March and April 2013 insurance.......I warn you all in advance....Tread lightly with these snakes in the grass!!!!!!!

From the beginning to now I have had a wonderful experience with M & S Auto Sale They didnt make me feel pressured, they also made me feel comfortable, Each and every time I came into the office, I was greeted as if my opinion matters. They also stated if there is anything they can help with within reason they will try to accommodate if they can I also love there policies about the payments ( call first and see if they can help you if you are going to be late with your payment / then not calling and running into some unnecessary problems) Thank youll from the bottom of our heart. I bought a used 2007 Chevy Cobalt LS form M&S Auto sales close to two years ago and have not had on single problem with this vehicle. The car is cleans has very low mileage with no dings or dents and runs excellent. Darrel whos works and runs the dealership is a great guy and will work with you, if you have a problem making a payment and that is exactly what I expect out of a used car dealership. He knows that times are hard now and sometimes people need a break every now and then . As soon as this vehicle is paid off. I definitely intend to purchase another vehicle from them.

I went here after several places searching for a car, and found one without a hassle. Ms. Jones(salesperson) was patient, and thorough. Everyone actually was nice, friendly, and professional. I even had a opportunity to speak with another customer who have purchased from them before, she was getting her 2nd or 3rd vehicle from them, and she said I made a good decision coming here. What ever you do DONT GET YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!! They repod my car because i was 6 days late on a payment of $112! Then told me i could come back and get the car if i pay another down payment! I only had the car 6 months and has never been late before! They are hurting for business! I feel like they repod my car to resale for tax time! They have no sympathy for their customers!!! Very low down business!

Loved it. Just finished an 18-month lease with no problems. But read the lease because they WILL repossess your car if you miss a payment. BUT they will also call you and/or send a courtesy text message to remind you if youre late. Theyre sweet guys and as long as you make your payments on time and keep an open line of communication with them then youll be fine.

Very diappointed:( This was my first time buying a car and M&S auto told me because i had missed one week of payment that my car would be repo. This company dont try to help in anyway. I offered to pay for both weeks and still the repo people came and got the car. This has made me very scared to try to own my on car. # Smhatm&sauto. Dont buy or recommend

They sell lemons had problems with car the same day and after calling them was told car is "As Is". But problems the same day. Please do not buy from these snakes. How they get away with selling junk cars i dont know but i wondered how they sleep at night knowing they are crooks.
