At the beginning of this year my husband and I spent much time researching the type of minivan we wanted to purchase for our growing family. In February we found a pre-owned Town & Country that we absolutely fell in love with. We called the dealership to confirm that the vehicle was still there. The person with whom we spoke confirmed it was still there, and we made an appointment to go in and take a look. We made the 50 minute drive from our house only to be told by our salesman Pat (who no longer works there) that the vehicle had "just been sold". There was another model similar to what we wanted just less "bells and whistles". We asked for the carfax and how much break life was left on the vehicle. We were happy with the carfax report and were told that "all of our vehicles have AT LEAST 50 percent break life". Although the salesman lied about being able to negotiate price because it was a "used car" (I know this is a lie, because I ALWAYS purchase used cars and have never not been able to negotiate before.) we decided to proceed with the purchase as it met all of our needs. Fast forward 6 months later, our breaks are grinding medal on medal. We have hardly put 6,000 miles on our van. I find it hard to believe that we had "AT LEAST 50 percent break life", a lot of our driving is highway miles as I have to drive my daughter to All Childrens hospital in Chicago to receive special medical treatment for her very rare incurable auto-immune disease. My husband ordered the parts we need to do our brakes ourselves, only to find out that our van has special locked lug nuts on all four tires that we were NEVER given a key for. I was furious when I found out. If something had happened during my many trips to the hospital with my daughter we would have been stranded because I would not have been able to put the spare tire on. I called the Larry Roesch dealership explained the situation to at least four different people because I kept getting transferred and no one wanted to help. The guy in service wanted to charge me $300 and the RUDE AS F**K Sales Manager said "I have no idea what you are talking about, that sounds like a service thing...Well I dont know what you want me to do since its 9 months after the point of sale" Well clearly he cant do math because it has hardly been 7 months and his pompous attitude made it worse. Regardless of how long after the point of sale it was they failed to give me something that was necessary, to do brakes, change tires, etc. Eventually they agreed to remove the remaining two lock lug nuts that we were unable to get off ourselves. My husband asked that since I would have to drive our van on bad brakes 50 minutes away from our house, essentially wasting time, money and gas (because of something they should have provided in the first place) if they would do our brakes since we had the parts already. They said "yea sure for labor it will be $275"... Well just do it ourselves. Thanks Larry Roesch for reminding me that there are bad car dealerships and that when it comes down to it, the customer and their safety does not matter.

I bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT 392 a couple days ago from the dealership. Every interaction has been great. The salesman, Mike Kania, was extremely helpful and friendly trying to make sure my every need was met. He answered all my questions, and if he didnt know the answers to some of my off the wall questions, he was quick to find out the answer and explain it to me. Ive been planning on this purchase for a few months now, and over the past two weeks I have been trying to move forward with it. I went to two other dealerships over the past week and didnt receive nearly the level of service I got here. The first dealership told me they would locate the car that met my specifications, but never called back. The second dealership told me that they did a locate and found the car 300 miles away, and would get back to me within a few hours to let me know if the vehicle was available. Two days later, I gave up and started searching on my own. Turns out, this whole time, the car that met my specifications was sitting right there in Elmhurst. In three hours time, I had test driven the car, made my decision (after some debate), got approved, and drove away in my new Challenger. The guys on duty even volunteered to stay an hour late just so that I could leave with the car that night. Which was awesome, since I was completely expecting to take the car home the next day. I think they could tell how excited I was about getting behind the wheel, lol. Yesterday I took the car in to get the protection added to the interior and everything, and again, Mike did everything he could to help get me situated. I work midnights, so it was extremely helpful that the service department was willing to leave the key with Mike after they were done so that I could pick it up during the later hours when service was closed but the sales department was still open. Compared to the other dealerships I dealt with through this whole process, this is definitely the place to go. Everyone I dealt with, from the guys at the front desk, to the Salesman Mike, to the guy who did the paperwork in the end, to the service department, were all extremely friendly and helpful. I cant imagine this experience going any better. And the car, ITS AWESOME!!!!!!

I entered a lease agreement for a 2015 200, through Ubers leasing program. Heres what Ive experience with Chrysler dealers, in terms of keeping the thing on the road. The first DAY, after driving one trip from Elmhurst where I picked the car up, it was smoking from the grill, in downtown Chicago. I ignored it, as i t was only a small amount. Well, three days later, the dashboard lit up and the car wouldnt go into gear. Supposedly, it was repaired, but broke down again and needed an entire new trans. A weeks wages lost. Here a couple of weeks ago, another tranny problem. It took them days just to look at it, and another few days to get the parts in. What good is a warranty, if you dont stock parts? Ive also had to replace 3 struts on the vehicle and although I put a lot of miles on the car, I drive carefully around ruts and potholes. They dont keep them in stock either. Ive also had to replace wheel bearing. On the 10th of this month, a mere week after the last tranny problem, I came out to the car and hit the start button, and all I got is smoke out from the grilled, and air vents, IT NEARLY CAUGHT ON FIRE!!!!!!!! I STILL have not heard from their EXTEREMELY slow service department, and they know I cannot work without a car and sold me this piece of garbage, knowing it was to be used as a high mileage service vehicle. When I try to speak to them about this, I get told, "Well, we have other cars to work on.". So, apparently from the reviews Ive seen, some people get great service and concern, others dont. I chose this employment because I have 35 years experience in it, but have a speech impediment and other disabilties, thus it was the easiest option to being homeless. Its always been hard for me to find a job, and this is what I get for my latest effort. Thanks Dan Roesch. Preciate it.........;-(
