To begin, it is really unrealistic how these people and their comments make this business out to be, yet again, anyone could post a comment about any business for any reason.. maybe they didnt get the deal of their dreams, maybe the car was not what they wanted it to be. Over all, your going to this used car dealership because you want a used car. Used cars ARE NOT perfect! There is no reason to complain about a car with a salvage title or not actual miles! It is ALWAYS DISCLOSED in the buyers guide.. Do your research, read the buyers guide! (this goes for the overly dramatic lady about her "near death experience?"). For Honest information about this business, visit the Better Business Bureau. I had bought a 1998 honda prelude last summer from Millennium Motors and it is a great car! They do a great detail job on their vehicles compared to the competitors in the area! In addition, the sales persons and owners were very polite and honest individuals and were a great help to finding a car for me.

These guys are very slimy. Last weekend I made a verbal offer on a vehicle of theirs with the condition that this offer included what I was willing to pay towards taxes, fees, etc. They accepted my offer and even took a down payment from my wife and I to hold the vehicle until we returned with our cars title and cash. An hour later we returned with the agreed upon amount of cash and title. To our dismay the three stooges running the place were trying to scam us out of an additional $500 for taxes, fees, etc. When I reminded them of my conditional offer which they remembered and verbally agreed to, they said thats not how they do things. When I asked why they didnt bother to state that when they accepted my offer, they responded by saying it was a miscommunication between them. Obviously my wife and I left without the car that they agreed to sell us, and will never ever consider going back to Millennium Motor Sales. Buyer Beware!!

This by far was the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. I called and asked about a car they listed and they told me when it was still available. Now later, the very same day, when I drive all the way from Madison to take a look at the car they told me that its been sold for a few days. When I told them I had spoken with them and asked earlier that day about the car he called me a liar (NO JOKE). The "salesman" (if you can call him that) said he was the only person that answers the phone and that it was impossible that I could have received that information. He tells me theres another car thats similar but instead of walking over there with me and showing me the car he points to it and continues talking with his employees. Then later instead of later coming and asking if I had any questions he just closes his business for the day. WOW!!! How in the world is he still in business?!?!?!?!

I recently purchased a 2006 Mazda 3 and am quite happy with the purchase. The car was priced 3k below kbb with a clean carfax, one original owner. I was a bit skeptical at first as I dont trust small used car dealerships but I decided to take a chance and havent looked back since. When I first test drove the car, there was some noise coming from the front driver side tire. When I brought it to their attention it was fixed with no hassle at all. Maybe they knew about it, maybe not but the point is that the problem was fixed at no additional cost to me. If you are thinking of buying a vehicle from here, take it for a drive and look it over or even have a mechanic check it out, just common sense. Yeah customer service is not their strongest quality but it wasnt terrible either. Just use caution and have everything checked.

Horrible experience . I do NOT recommend this dealer. I came to Millennium and saw a 2004 honda civic that seemed in decent shape. They would not negotiate at all on the price, and were very rude about it. But since I was sick and tired of needing a car and not having one, I accepted. Bad choice. Since then, (Sept. 2013), this car has been nothing but problems. On the way home the brakes went out. I brought it back to Millennium and they refused to do anything about it, since they only sell "as is". Within 4 months after buying it I had to replace the starter, spark plugs, front brakes, oil sensor, wheel bearings, later the catalytic converter, and now the fuel pump is failing. The engine light never goes off for more than a day after every repair. Do NOT go to this dealer.

What a wonderful experience! I drove from Madison to trade in an older Honda Oddesey for a newer one, and I dont regret it. Facilities are very clean and the sales team friendly. I arrived around 9:30 and left around 12:30 with my new vehicle. They did all the financing right then and there, and approved my loan via a credit union. I could tell they had an excellent business going on, and the professionalism of the team was notable; Eric, in particular, was my salesman and he did a fantastic job! He worked the purchase price agreement, made sure a particular part replacement occurred asap, and executed all the loan/financing paperwork. He even got me a lower interest rate by letting us know about automatic payments. Again, just a wonderful car buying experience all around.

Got a decent price on a used 02 Impreza there about 2 years ago. However today when I took it in to a shop to have the tires swapped, they revealed to me that one wheel was damaged so badly on the inside (a weld had been attempted to fix it) that they could not put on a new tire without it being damaged. Then when they tried to use the spare that I received during my negotiations with millenium (the car didnt have on originally), they revealed that the threads on that wheel didnt match my car, so now my car has to sit in the lot for a week until the replacement wheel I ordered is ready. Other than that the car has been fine, replaced an o2 sensor a year ago, that stuff is expected with an older car. My main issue was being cheated with this wheel situation.
