If I could give it a 0 I would. I will never go back to this store. My check engine light came on so I stopped into the store Friday night and there was no one there to check the light. I returned Saturday. I waited for nearly 20 mins to receive assistance. Finally when an associate was available to help me we were headed out the door to go to my car a lady ( I believe she may have been an assistant manager) starts telling the associate that he needs to sign some returns. The associate then back tracks and starts to help a previous customer that re-entered the store before further assisting me. So I patiently waited to see if I would receive any help from any one else. At that point all associates were with other customers. I waited for about 5-10 mins before the woman asked me what I was waiting for. I then explained the situation to her and she tried to tell me that the associate was supposed to bring the line down. I told her that isnt fair because I had waited in line like everyone else and was in the process of being helped and now I must wait again. She then implied that I was wrong and that the associates had done the proper procedure. Another associate also decided to put in his input stating that the associate that was in the process of helping me had to take the other customer because he only stepped outside. If the customer had only stepped outside then the associate should have not have offered to help me at that point make me his customer of priority and should have allowed the other associate to help because he also did not have customers when I was up in line. They are rude and they have some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I refuse to purchase any parts from that store and let them have my money.

This happens everytime! Walked in today there are about TEN people working! Two of the three walk away once I stand in line ignoring, even eye contact. Loud whistling in the back of the store sounds like a party! Mexican music blarring!wtf No joke for ten+ minutes I wait until another person walks in asking where someone is in spanish of course, ONLY THEN am I finally asked if Im being helped! Seriously? What a joke of a store, never going there again. Every single time its the same 10-15 minute wait for help with workers mysteriously vanishing from sight. The other thing you cant even use gift cards for online/in store pickups!?

Terrible experience I bought a battery from the guy Kevin and he told me wait a minute and hell help me install it. I watch him help a other customer with a battery (after me). After about 35 mins I walk inside and looked at him. I wait some more and he decides just to go on lunch. Its been 1 hrs now

Obscenity said in spanish... joking in front of customers..they told me they could not charge my battery cause it couldnt catch a charge.. took it somewhere esle and they recharged for me.. will never go back to this location

Good luck getting an OBD test, they never have one or time to scan your car. Most of them dont know what they are talking about and everyone is so rude. They dont even try to attend or help you look for harder to find items.

The stores door, store website, and Google all say this place opens at 7:30 but doors didnt open on a Friday morning till 8:00, FYI if you are in a hurry in the morning.
