I went into this store to buy some headlights. The salesmen takes me directly to the isle where the headlights are and I get them. So while we are standing in that isle he says that I will need gloves to change them. I tell him no thanks because my car is one that requires half the engine to be taken apart to get to the headlights, so I am going to take it to my mechanic instead. So we get up to the register and he rings up the lights then says "Ill go ahead and throw in the gloves just in case you need them." I say okay thanks. And I pay and as I am walking out I notice on the receipt that he charged me for them! I clearly told him I did not need them, so when he tells me hell throw them in I assume hes just going to give them to me because they are around $2. The money is not the problem here; it is the fact that he tells me hes going to throw them in with the $50 dollar headlights and ends up charging me more for them. Watch out for people trying to make a quick dollar at this store!

I needed help with oil burning, and staff were very friendly and helpful to me. I had been to the competitor just a couple of doors down, and waited there while 6 (I counted) store associates walked around me, never once asking if I needed help, even though I was standing at the counter with nothing in my hands. Wont go there again!

Helpful staff. Easy returns. Id have given them 5 stars, but one of the clerks has a stone cold demeanor. Never a smile or friendly comment. Robotic demeanor. But, he got the job done. Yet, a 5 star rating is for when you can tell they screen and hire friendly, engaging people all around.

These people are legit. Some of them arent up to par but for the most part they are helpfull. Store manager super legit in helping. Especially when the parts in their computer dont match up to the oem ones. I spend alot of money here. Thx

Good store to find parts for your car if you are in a hurry. I do not like their selection of batteries and the prices associated. They could also stock more vintage beetle parts.
