This place has gone down hill, the newest employees that they have hired are very rude and lazy, and very disorganized. They are open 24 hrs, sure, but the service at night is even worse than the service during the day. There was a long parts line and there was only 2 out of 6 employees working to find parts for customers and the rest of them were walking around more worried about stocking the shelves. I once made an order for a part, and it ended up getting lost mid-shipping and got to the store late. I then called them about where my part might be, and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. This is just the start; at Autozone, they are NOT allowed to repair cars on-site, and at this autozone they not only defy this rule, they take it to the next level; behind the store, there are squatters and grimey/sleazy and aggressive mobile mechanics who will prey on people who dont look like they know what theyre doing with cars and they give the whole place an uncomfortably trashy vibe. I will not be frequenting this store anymore and Ive wanted to call corporate on them multiple times.

If I could I would give this place no stars. This place has by far the worst customer service period. For starters, the employees are rude and ignore the customers, and will let their friends cut in front of everyone that has been standing in line. Next, do not come here if you are in a hurry because at this location you have to wait in line for atleast thiry minutes before anyone helps you and then most the time they will give you the wrong part or charge you wrong or let someone else cut you in line. In addition, there are creepy people all over the parking lot that want to "help" you work on your car, which makes the place kind of scary. If you really want to go to autozone do not go to this one. There is a nice autozone located on Buford Hwy in Duluth that is clean and has really good helpful service with little to no wait.

One of the Few 24hr auto parts stores in Atlanta, with better selection than most. Being open after midnight has saved my Home-Mechanic projects a couple of times, and let me get back on the road for work the next day. Service is decent, and easy to find: West from I-85 and Jimmy carter. They also have specialty "loaner tools", that you can use and bring back in a few days. (needs deposit) ...so if you have knowledge & skill to fix something, but dont have the tool... Ask if they have one for you, rather than paying $80 for a tool you only use once.

Probably the worst AUTOZONE in America. Went in and almost got fought by one of the employees for asking for a specific motorcycle oil. After deciding on a different oil than I came in looking for, the other female employee told me she couldnt check me out while the other male employee tried to assault me. He then proceeded to call the cops, and then the "owner" showed up and tried to get my car towed out of the parking lot. Such great customer service. Check your employees before calling the cops on people lmao

The employees are very rude a nd disrespectful. We just left there noone would offer help u best believe we will never return there again even the manager was very very disrespectful to us. U better believe I will let everyone know not to go to here . Nd we give these stores alot of buiesness with our wrk everyday not anymore . Its the worst place . Get the ppl right off maybe we will do buiesness there again

Called ahead of time to check if they sold and had part. Confirmed yes. Told associate Im on the way . Get here Line wrapped around in store and to the door. There are 3 employees available all on cashier to wait in line 20 minutes all while Watching employee purposely not answer phone. Get to front to be told they dont have it

I went here at 12:30 in the morning for some wheel parts. Pat was there and took care of me so well and even stopped some stranger from trying to steal my wallet! Pat needs to get a raise or be on watch for a higher position. She really went out of her way to help me. If you guys need any help Pat is the person!

Open 24 hours! friendly and fast service for the volume that they deal with, its a great place to stop on the way to work so you will have what you need for weekend projects. They also have one of the better selections in the area. It is rare that the part I need isnt in stock.

I called to ask if they carried a product and the lady was really rude. She said, "Youre gonna have to hold on." Ive been on hold for 25 minutes and someone finally came to the phone and put me back on hold.

This is the worst AutoZone in Georgia. The employees dont know anything, and the girl that was my cashier was using Smapchat on her phone the entire time she was ringing me up. Pathetic.
