On April 18,2016 I ran into AutoZone around 9:22 p.m.with my fingers crossed hopping they was open. And it was a manager I believe and her assistant or employee on this particular nite the store manager was: was a dark skin, a slim women girl, kinda dominant, I was looking for some radiator stop leak because I believe I had an slow leak in radiator and I believe it was cracked alreasy so the mgt on dutie told me to put some pure pepper in my radiator and watch , and watch how you wast going to have no problems with it. I love how she took her time to share with me a life experience , she had and what it done for her. Thanks AutoZone for taking the time to hire the best candidate for that position. No attitude no rushing due to the time... Thanks you!!

Manager and associates went over and be on to help me and my wife find a part, at closing time when most people would only be thinking of trying to close the store and go home they showed excellent customer service. .

They are awful and if you have to order a part, you will never receive it at the time they tell you and probably 9 times out of 10 you will not receive the actual part that you thought you were going to receive!

Cloyd is a good manager. A few of the workers are good as well. Others, not so much. Also, always good mechanics at the location purchasing parts that can be of assistance.

They are extremely incompetent. Ive had multiple bad experiences at this store dont even bother. There is an advanced auto parts, NAPA, and an Oreillys down the street.
