Every time I deal with a guy here, hell go well out of his way to help me out. For this reason, the guys are normally busy helping people & I have to deal with the women. The women dont acknowledge me when I say "excuse me", misdirect me to products when the store is tiny as is, and NEVER offer to help without being asked, even if I wonder around for ten minutes without finding anything. I wish they would fire the bitchy women, but EVERYONE at Auto Zone os friendly so thats where Ill be giving my patronage.

Ridiculous pricing. I went there for some BRAKE PADS the man tried to charge me 140 for front 190 for back brake pads. I went around the corner to Auto zone and they were 25 dollars a piece. Thats crazy that they would feel comfortable doing people like that.

Im getting a part from dwntwn McD store. Awesome customer service. Stay away from one on exit 218. Apparently not enough staff to replace a battery in my truck. Manager told me to come back in 3 hours.
