Avoid Alvin - he ordered the wrong part, was extremely rude & gave me incorrect information when I called to resolve the issue. Most of the staff here is very helpful, especially Pete. Ive come here numerous times in the past and have normally received excellent service. Their prices are usually better than any of the other parts stores in the area, particularly if youre getting a AAA discount as well. I will continue to do business here, but not with Alvin.

I needed trailer bearings and seals for a pair of Dexter axles. They only had 2 inner bearings only and 2 seals, I needed 8 bearings and 4 seals. Went to TowPro on Buford highway. I got 12 bearings, 6 seals and 6 tang washers for and for $210. I was charged $105 for just 2 bearings and 2 seals at napa. Needless to say I took back all the parts to napa for a refund.
