When I was in Knoxville for a work event, I realized one of my headlights was out and this was the closest place. I went in, was helped immediately though they were very busy, and they came out and installed it for me right away. I even offered the guy a tip for helping and he refused. That is what I call good service.

They dont have time to look on the computer and see how much oil a motor takes. I asked the woman and she asked her supervisor. Neither one would take the time. Just guest what it would take. Well, you know it, they were wrong. Another trip to the auto parts store. NOT Advance!!!!!

I am rating this store(next to Sonic) as excellent. I shop it often, and have noticed that when someone needs help under the hood, they are on top of it. And not just for women either. Most of these stores employee very knowledgeable people. Susan O.
