Cordial and inviting customer care over the phone. Patient to the novice, suggestive to the intermediate and translates easily with the experts. Prices are competitive. Location is great, easy access and plenty of parking. Store is well organized and clean. Will shop there again.

They were helpful. Had everything I needed for an oil change and coolant flush and replace and even pointed out possible things I would do wrong if I didnt read the instructions... it was pretty clear Im not a pro.
