I asked clerk how he was doing and didnt get a response. The transaction took place without any words being spoken. I asked the clerk of he was angry and he responded with "Do you have a problem with me" I responded with "if you dont like your job maybe you should consider changing careers" I felt like I was bothering the rude cashier. It was on a Sunday. I will never shop their again. There are 3 other auto part stores in Duluth.

I went in to get one of my LED bulb exchanged since it was defective and they said they would order me a new bulb. Next day, I went to pickup the bulb that they ordered for me and it turned out to be another defective bulb. So I took it to another advanced auto parts in Holcomb Bridge and they finally exchanged me with a new bulb that worked. Bad customer service by these guys here in Buford store. Very unsatisfied.

Brian was super helpful. We needed a new battery. The installation was quick, and they answered all questions. Brian was patient and efficient. Hopefully we dont have to come back but if we do we have no doubt well get the excellent service we did today. In and out in less than 10 mins

Its a part store. Only one person at the counter while everyone else avoids eye contact. Got the wrong part and had to make a visit to another location to pick up the other half of my request. But to say this if unexpected would make me the fool.

Clerks are inattentive and for the most part appear disinterested. They kept me waiting at register for about 15 minutes, before i got fed up and left to make my purchase instead at Wal-Mart.
