Just went in today (04/10/17) to get my Check Engine Light checked out. They werent even busy AT ALL and took 1 hour before someone even came to help me by just connecting the darn device into my car to see the code(s) (how hard was that). The bald black guy was very sarcastic, which I hated since it didnt light up my mood. He was good for nothing. I pulled off when he told me to wait which was another 15 minutes (what a joke)... I went to the OReillys down the street instead and they have GREAT customer service and is very quick to help. Dont waste your time at this Auto Zone.

This particular AutoZone location needs a lot less SLOW and a lot more GO. Every time I go in, without fail, theres always one employee stuck up front helping someone, a few other customers waiting for that one employee, and a group of employees in the back doing nothing but talking about football. Save yourself some time and go down the street to OReilly Auto Parts instead.

Stopped in because my headlight went out. I went in and asked this guy with dreads did they assist with changing out the light and he paused for a second and said no. I could tell he was just being lazy and I knew he was lying because theyve helped me before, so I walked out and went to the O Reileys right down the street and the guy politely helped me with no problem ☺

This store sucks managers very disrespectful I will never come back here, i called the districk manager and she didnt care about anything i had to say did nothing about it.. REALLY BAD STORE

Worst place to look for parts. They will never help you find what you need, especially the girl in dreads. Stay away from this autozone for your own good.
