I had them recently do a tune up for me for a little under $200.00 it was a good deal I thought for a tune until I attempted to get gas when I did every me I pumped the pump handle would click this had never happened before until I got the tune up from Pep Boys. I then called them and they asked me to bring it in, after I brought it in waiting for an hour they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it and they would have to charge to drop the gas tank which is a very expensive process and they would have to charge me. I stated I never had this issue until I brought my car into you guys so why are you charging me? I then left because I did not have to funds to pay for the charge of dropping the gas tank. After this I decided to save up for 400+ dollars it would cost to replace it and then I realized I didnt cause this I shouldnt be coming out of pocket for it. So I then contacted Pep Boys customer service line and they contacted the location and the store manager then contacted me the next day and told me to bring my car bar by. A day later I brought my car by and met the managers they assumed I had a fueled treatment foil stuck in the hose, since I use fuel treatment but it was not stuck in there. After further inspection they told me the safety lock that pops when your car flips over had come undone and that someone had most likely tried to steal gas from my car which is the reason why it click when every dollar or so while filling up my car. Later that night I went to put gas in my car and I spout back out at me while on empty so now I couldnt put gas in my car at all. So I brought it back the next day after driving back and forth to the gas station 3 times they told me my fuel gauge was broken and I had a tank full of gas which was why I couldn’t put gas in my car. When I ask what they would do about it the manager on duty shrugged his shoulders. A day later my fuel gauge was actually working as I suspected and I ran out of gas when it dropped below E. I then had to walk 4 miles in order to put gas in my as can and slowly drip gas into my tank in order to make it home. This Pep Boys is the worst place I have ever gone to get my car repaired and if you care about the life of your car I suggest you go elsewhere.

I have taken my car to this Pep Boys on four occasios. I was reluctant to do so because of experiences I had had at other Pep Boys locations, but didnt have a choice. I needed a tire pressure sensor and they not only had the part but it was significantly less expensive than the dealer. The gentleman behind the counter, I believe he was the manager, but I dont remember his name, explained what the process was to get it done. I was told because there were a number of cars ahead of me and it would probably be three to four hours before I could have tha part installed. I could see that there were a number of vehicles ahead of mine so I said okay and tried to find a ride. After finding out I couldnt get anyone to pick me up for a couple of hours I decided to walk down to IHOP down the street. After being seated there and ordering my phone rang. It was Pep Boys calling. Being the cynic that I am, I expected them to be calling because it was the wrong part or they actually didnt have the part or they were going to tell me they couldnt finish my car until the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when the caller told me that my car was finished. The manager had had a lull in business and taken my car into the shop and done the work himself. Another surprise was that he told me reprogramming the sensor would be an additional charge originally, but because my cars system automatically recognized the new sensor, that charge would be waived. Needless to say they have a new and satisfied customer.

Second straight time Ive been in there, second straight time I have walked right back out. I dont know if "Bill" woke up in the wrong side of the bed, but he didnt seem too interested in my business. He was incredibly unpleasant in general. NEVER going back there again.

Was told immediately that workers were on lunch and that it would be an hour wait. I did not mind at all- there was complimentary coffee. Had a nail in my tire and they gave me free plug repair. The wait was not long at all. Clean facilities

The worst service iv ever had, worst worst experience. I will never ever do an oil change over this place. This is not the very first time iv had a bad experience but this is ongoing process. They need to start valuing customers.

Took my Jetta to get an oil change and they didnt even have the tool to get the pan off. The real kicker is I had to call to find out.
