An email that I sent to corporate. I specifically asked the guy who signed me up if all filters were included. He claimed that 3 filters were included with the service except for air filters. During the service I added the engine air and the cabin filter. When going to pay, my $390 service ended up being almost $530. At no time did anyone ask for authorization for the "Up charge" filters. On top of the 3 included filters I was charged for 3 additional filters and one of which is a 3 filter kit according to the Baldwin website. Thats 5 filters charged to me on top of the 3 included filters. They claimed that the standard service includes filters for the most common engines. I have a Detroit DD 15, you can’t get any more common than a Detroit. Either the service location intentionally padded my bill or the whole Speedco $250 service is Deceptive in itself. Like trucking isnt hard enough, very unfair way of doing business!

Visited 05/02/17. 4.30 pm. Sucks in Customer Service. Lady on the counter seems like doing a favour on mankind by working there. This was my first and last time going there on a friends recommendation. I would better spend my money at someplace with better customer service skills. Its so sad that in todays world so many people dont have jobs and the one who have dont appreciate it. Will not recommend this place.

Bunch of rednecks good for nothing, this place was changed so much in last two years, i stop to change the oil last week and they treated me like I was a ghost, nobody talk with me, nobody didnt care about my request for them services , another driver take my bay and again nobody do nothing, shame on you Jackson Speedco , you are so far to equally the Lake Land speedco, never again

Really fast, plus every fourth oil change you got 40$ discount if you have a rewards card. Also Nick the mechanic told me the actual nitrate concentration in coolant, and that I need to add some additives.. not every shop will know how to read the coolant test strips and tell you how much you need to top it off

Absolutely slow as ever. They are almost as HORRIBLE as the one in Atlanta. Good grief people if u would spend less time talking and taking out trash u wouldnt have a line of trucks. They should watch how the speedco in Texas do it. In and out. Not waiting over an hour and a half to get in.
