Received awful customer service from a gentleman named Christopher N or atleast that is what I saw on his name tag. He acted as if he didnt want to be at work, very rude, pushy and would not even stay on the phone long to confirm they the part and would hold it for me at another location. I just purchased the parts from OReilly. Timothy did express great customer service and that is the only reason I will ever return to this facility. Poor customer service in Henry county wont keep you in business long. I am writing this in hopes that management fix this so that one else will experience service as horrible as I did.

I called to find a particular kind of LED light bulb. I had previously called an AutoZone in a different location and the person I talked to had no clue what I was talking about and suggested I come into the store and look for it myself. At this AutoZone, Holden was extremely helpful. He looked for the light bulb I was trying to find without hesitation. As it turns out, AutoZone does not carry the light bulb I need, but Holden was quick to offer suggestions on where I might find it locally. I wish there were more customer service people like Holden. He is definitely an asset to the company.

I went to go and purchase a car battery here instead of at the dealership. The lady who helped my mother and I was extremely kind. She informed us that her mechanic may not be able to replace the battery because of my newer car and its electronics. I did end up having to go back to the dealership to get the battery replaced. However, I appreciate the honesty and the friendliness from the staff there.
