I came for a catalytic convertor. I paid for the part and everything, only to be told that the part that wasnt even in the store. I asked the employee if there was another location I could get it from and he tells me to go to the one in Lilburn. He calls that store and gets the "OK" for me to go there and pick up the part. So I drive alll the way there, only to be told that I couldnt pick up the part there because it hadnt been purchased there. Upset, I had to pay for the SAME part. I went back to that original store to get my refund. The guy was apologetic, but I was still annoyed. They should all be more careful and pay more attention to what theyre doing. No one has time to go back and forth and it was a waste of my time!

Shoddy service at the counter should been a warning sign. I probably should have done it myself, but I let them to replace my battery. Long story short – 10 days later my car would not start. Knowing that I just replaced the battery, I thought it might be the starter, but it wasn’t. The AutoZone genius (which I tipped $10) did not properly attached the connections! Bad service and unprofessional

Always a huge line at the check out. Very disorganized. Manager doesnt appear to know squat and always tries to upsell on injector cleaner, hand clear, towels or other stuff. Go up the street to the one in Tucker for slightly better service.

Managers were friendly. The kid they asked to help me was pretty checked out though. I ended up buying a fuse puller that wouldnt fit in the space I needed... He didnt point that out even after coming out to look with me (reluctantly).

I ordered a replacement mirror over the phone. I was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to order it, they double charged me, it was the wrong mirror, AND it took me 30 minutes to return it. Never again
