This location has some very rude employees! My teenage daughters went to the store with a problem with a tire and asked for an employee to check tire pressure... Employees refused and told them they could buy a tire gauge it was over there. No customer service at all. You would like to think that a store employee could take the time and check out the situation and maybe suggest assistance if needed. I will not return and suggest a boycott until they fix there customer service skills....

No complaints whatsoever, this is the shop I always go to when I need some parts without waiting for shipping, and for the most part the employees are nice and will help you find what you need, but sometimes they think they know a bit more than you (so if you know your car, you may have to reiterate the fact)

Waited in parking lot with 3 other people in their vehicles waiting for them to open after the open time while 2 guys stood by the counter and ignored us. After they decided to open the door one of the 2 disappeared and the one that was left made it plain that he did not want to be there.

I went in needing a 2nd opinion on a dead battery diagnosis. They re-tested it, tried to charge it, did all they to keep me from having to buy a new battery. All free of charge and all in a hurry so I could make it to school on time for pickup. Great service!
