My husband stopped by the Roswell Autozone the other day to buy 2 air filters for our car. They didnt have one of the filters in stock, so they confirmed that the Dunwoody store had it. The clerk told my husband he could purchase both at the Roswell store and then stop by and pick up the filter in Dunwoody with a printed ticket they gave him. When my husband reached the Dunwoody store, he was given a horrible runaround and the clerk there was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She wouldnt allow him to pick up the part and wouldnt make any effort to call the Roswell store. My husband called back to the Roswell store and they werent able to do anything to help. So, he ended up paying for the filter, again, and was told he would have to drive all the way back to Roswell to get a refund on the first purchase. There is just no excuse for poor customer service. My husband had been instructed on what to do and was given the necessary documentation to pick up the part. If the Roswell store made a mistake, the clerk at the Dunwoody store should have done whatever she needed to make sure it was taken care of and not treat my husband like he was doing something wrong. We ended up driving all over the county for something that was not our mistake or issue. Needless to say, we will not frequent this store, or any other Autozone for that matter, ever again.

Very rude treatment from manager Maurice on several occasions.. The last time I went in for a gallon of antifreeze 5 minutes before close. Maurice informed me that I just made it and had two minutes. I called the corporate office to report this and never got a return phone call. This store is just around the corner but I will drive several miles to go to Advance. And if their Corp HQ doesnt care about their rude managers then I see no reason to use Auto Zone EVER.

Went buy some tool put pic in glove department good my glove department department and man came I did see if I was working on my car the police was going to give me a ticket and I thought this is what this was my own car I was trying to put the put a something real quick but he he said he didnt care the man said that the police is going to give me a ticket so I just drove off this is the worst place to come to do not go

I bought a android phone charger. It cost 14.00 with tax. After going out to the car I opened the package plugged it into the outlet and it did not work.i went back into the store to return it and the manager would not refund my money..she told me that once I opened the package she can not re sell it. I will never walk into another auto zone again

Called the store to make sure they had the product I needed. Was assured they did, in fact a good assortment of the product. Arrived at the store the next day, and everyone there was completely puzzled, and could not help. Left the store empty handed.

I have visited this store on several occasions. I have found that the older African American gentleman with gray hair is less than customer service friendly. His attitude is smug and arrogant. I use this location because its convenient.

I had to get a replacement bulb. After they looked up the bulb they still gave me the wrong one. I went back to get another one and they refused it because they thought they had given me the correct one.

Sold me three batteries have no record and did not honor warranty. Also all cells in the battery are dead.... On a two year old battery.... Very disappointed, will not purchase from them again.
